Had Christian Maxwell perform an annual safety inspection. He was very thorough and explaining everything well with honest feedback. I felt like he had my back and was truthful and not just trying to make a sale for the day. That will actually have me use him when I need to get stuff done cause I respect that honesty. 👍

Dylan Esposito was super cordial and knowledgeable. He was very quick with what he did and respectful to the whole house. One thing I loved was how much my dog loved him, and my dog is very selective.

Isaiah Ochoa was such a fabulous Technician! I was so impressed with his knowledge of everything HVAC related. He took pictures and spent time explaining every aspect of his rating system to ensure I was clear on the explanations. I myself am not at all knowledgeable when it comes to AC and Heating systems, so the extra effort he put into providing analogies was super helpful. In addition to his expertise, he was such a pleasure to work with! Super friendly and easy to communicate with related to old home problems that I am running into. It gets very expensive and he was not pushy at all, he just wanted to make sure I knew how significant some of the wear and tear is with a 20+ year old system. I had complete trust in his judgment and cautionary wisdom. Isaiah represented Cool Air Solutions with Flying Colors! Another job well done!!!

Timothy, came thru with excellent customer services and very details on explaining the whole problem that my AC systems was having. It hasnt been checked for a long time. He show me how dirty the drainage was when he put the water in. It was nasty. He went above and beyond to show how much he loves his job. He even spoke with my fiancé cause he wants to know how come the water is over flow on top od the switch. Timothy, really have knowledge on AC. He took out the top system out and inspected and putting back on for us. September 15, 2025 on a Monday.

I just had our first tuneup on our furnace. Silvestre Olvera was out technician. He called ahead of time to let us know his arrival, and was very courteous. His customer service was exceptional, and he even helped me with put the Nest thermostat on my phone, reset the settings and tips on how to use our system effectively. All of his suggestions were greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Cool Air Solutions and hope to work with Silvestre in the future.

I get my ac and furnace serviced twice a year with Cool Air Solutions, and they are my go-to for any problems that arise because they are fast, competent, and honest. They also tend to be less expensive than the major names. I just had my furnace checked for the coming winter by Daniel. He was exceptionally polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. It's good to know who to turn to if I ever need any help with such an important and expensive system!

Cool Air was the installer of my new a/c system and I signed up to a monthly service contract to keep my system running smoothly. Daniel was the tech that came for the service. He is a great guy and very knowledgeable. He was a very congenial person and explained all his findings when finished. I am very happy with the purchase of my new system, and would recommend Cool Air to anyone looking to upgrade or replace their existing system.
