We had an appointment with Mr. Neil Nath, Comfort Advisor from Action Air Conditioning, Heating, Solar on July 29, 2024. Specifically, he was very professional related to showing up on time and knowledgeable as he was very patient in answering all our many questions. His kind & pleasant demeanor added to our level of comfort and trust in pursuing the purchase HVAC system which will be installed in a few days. Thank You. – Adam & Marlone.

I really recommend David and Gilbert !! They were both so polite and respectful. Anytime I had a question or request they were both very accommodating. I really like this company but what really made it great for us was having David and Gilbert as our installers. Their customer relations were excellent. Both very competent and skilled. I would say hire Action hearing and air, and ask for David and Gilbert. You will be pleased!!

German did an outstanding job installing a blower fan motor for our furnace. He was courteous, prompt, on time, and very professional. He took the time to answer all my questions as well. German did a great job replacing our thermostat as well. I would highly recommend German for all future jobs.

German installed the replacement part in our furnace. I received a text that he was coming. He arrived on time, and told me about the planned work and how long he expected to take. The work got done on time, in a pleasant professional manner. He is a great ambassador for his company - Action Air, Heating and Solar.

Action Air did an amazing job with our new system. We had a smooth experience starting from Sales with John (he was quick to answer questions even during off hours), office staff was great and their installers were top notch.

Scheduling was a challenge since we had limited availability but action air was able to work around it and make things happen. We had Josh as our team lead and he did an amazing job at getting the new system installed. He and his team were very courteous and worked amazingly fast despite the attic being a million degrees.

They were knowledgeable and were able to answer all the questions we had.

We have 3 new HVAC units from Action Air that have been very temperamental when the summer heat hits. Action Air has always responded quickly to resolve the issues and get to the source of the problem. Norberto was the most recent technician that was sent out to trouble shoot our largest most complicated unit with 4 zones. He has been outstanding to work with and was able to resolve the issue quickly and got the unit fully operational before he left. Norberto when above and beyond giving me his work cell to text him if anything new goes down during this heat wave. He has responded quickly to my questions and connected me with the scheduling team when I needed another service call. I highly recommend Action Air and Norberto.

These Gentleman's handle themselves professionally, kept everything as clean as possible. They were very friendly and respectful. What I wish they could work on is, having more knowledge of the Thermostat that's being installed.

Reps was upfront honest and professional. Very detailed explaining the differences of each units in terms of SEERS and efficiencies. Pricing was fair along with proposed changes and upgrades of the whole 2 unit system. Could not accept the proposed contract due to financial constraint and made a decision to lower my budget for a lesser AC unit system. Thanks for your time Steven Gil.

German was excellent! Very knowledgeable and professional as well as friendly.
My issue is with pricing structure! $250 per hour was shocking! He finished a little over an hour and said I had to pay for 2 hours($500) cuz they do not prorated. So ridiculous and exorbitant. I objected and he called supervisor
Who then offered to charge $375 total. (All he did was reattach one duct.) Next time I will do research on pricing

Action AC is always reliable, they show up on time for every appointment, investigate the issue carefully and provide an honest assessment and solutions. The work is high quality and pricing is reasonable. I highly recommend their maintenance plans for a low monthly fee and peace of mind.

Acton was able to send a repair technician out the same day we called and our air conditioning was fixed at a reasonable price within a few hours of our call. Tanner, our repairman, was on time, up front, honest, direct, fast, courteous, professional, proficient, and completed the repairs quickly. Thank you Tanner and Thank you Acton.

We had German come out to service 3 of our AC units, and he was fantastic. He was very courteous, punctual, friendly, efficient and knowledgable. Handled what we needed with no issues. Thank you, German!

Excellent experience with Action Air Company from start to finish. We had multiple bids all over the board but we felt the most comfortable with Action’s longevity and detailed quote and competitive price. David Cross and his team were great on the install and put in a dual system upstairs (attic) and downstairs with the least amount of intrusion into our lives. Great guys, knew what they were doing, and powered through in the dead heat of the hottest part of the summer. Glad we went with them.

German with action AC is awesome! 12/10 customer service. Cares about the customer, explains everything throughly and listens to concerns/ complaints. This was the second time we had German as a technician. He is the gold standard we will use in measuring what customer service is in the future.

We had our AC unit installed in 2015 and everything worked great. We had our unit serviced in 2021 and we were told that we needed freon, so we paid about 300 something $. This year we just had someone come out and service the AC (which was working perfectly fine to begin with, we just wanted to get it checked) and we were told we needed more freon...I did some research online and there were many sites that said you only really need freon if there is a leak in the system. My system was blowing nice cool air and now I don't feel a difference.

We called and asked to speak with a supervisor, which I cannot remember her name now, and she was resistant to speaking with us. We finally were able to get her on the line and she could not care any less than she did regarding our concern. We will NOT be giving this company our business anymore. I hope others will read this review before choosing this company.

I could not be more pleased with the service I received from Action Air Conditioning and Heating. In the rental business, scheduling and communication are crucial.

German, the technician, gave me the option of repair or replace. He explained both of them to me in detail. He was on time every time and returned all my calls. He went above and beyond by staying late and finishing the job so the new tenants could move in on time.

Miranda was able to get the paperwork to me and schedule the work for the next day. Pictures of the exact parts being replaced were included in the estimate. (I really appreciated that)

If you want prompt, reasonable, high quality service from knowledgeable professionals, this is the company for you.

German was my tech and he took his time in trying to diagnose the issue I was having with my furnace. He is polite and represents his company in a positive way. I have used Action for many years and they have always been reliable. There was an issue, but after speaking to management, it was resolved. A very professional way to operate a business. Thank you.

11/11/24- German had reviewed the repai history prior to arriving. He asked me very detailed, specific, and thorough questions about how I'd arrived at my concern that the heat coming out from the registers was less than normal. He then gave me an explanation of what diagnostic tests he would do, and gave me his expectations that he would require 30-60 minutes to complete the evaluation. Wothin15 minutes, he'd found and confirmed the refrigerant leak point, showed me the video he took that demonstrates the leak point, and shut down our system to avert future damage to it.

We absolutely love Action Air Conditioning and Heating for assisting us with both our ac and solar! They always schedule appts quickly and are very responsive to our needs whether simple or otherwise. This company was an excellent choice for us and we are so happy.

German came out and did a diagnostic. He was extremely professional and personable. He gave us our options for repair vs replacement and explained them well. We are very satisfied with the communication to set up the appointment as well. Ally was also great to speak with via phone. We would recommend them and will continue to use them for service.

Update- we had a heat pump installed by Beth and her team. Beth was extremely knowledgeable and just a joy to work with. We really enjoyed meeting Beth and were very impressed with her timeliness and explaining of how to work the system. Action has an awesome system of confirming your appointments and letting you know what technician is on the way and their ETA. Caesar came for the final permit inspection. Everyone we have dealt with has been kind, courteous and conscientious of our property. We continue to be impressed with Action

Action Air are awesome! German came over the day after we called and fixed our problem in no time. Great price, and he explained the company‘s service plans as well. Very happy.
