My AC stopped blowing cold air yesterday and it was a horrible, sticky night of sleep. I spoke with Amy in the morning and Anthony showed up at my door in less than 2hrs! He was able to quickly assess the problem and fixed it in no time. What really stood out for me is that he stuck around to make sure everything worked and sounded right before closing out the job. They are local and family-owned. Exceptional service! I recommend Optimal Air for any HVAC needs!

LOVE Optimal Air! It's incredibly refreshing in this day and age to have a company that has not forgotten about customer service and really taking care of the customer. We heard a loud clanging noise today on a relatively new unit and they sent out someone right away to check it out. Thankfully, it wasn't any big problem, but it's really nice to have someone care enough to find that out for me. Peace of mind is priceless.

Super service with Optimal! One call, a short visit to identify the issue followed up later same day to replace the bad gas valve. And back in business. Very friendly office call and both techs that came to support were quick respectful and professional in their task.

They did an excellent job. Our furnace stop working entirely. They figured out the problem and repaired it quickly. Also changed one of our filters while they were here. The cost was very reasonable. Both repairman were very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. I'll continue to use Optimal in the future and would highly recommend them.

Once again, Optimal was the go-to for hearing/cooling problems. My heater wasn’t turning on or staying on properly and they were able to come out same day and assess. Turned out to just be a filter issue but they still did a thorough check on the furnace to make sure everything was in good shape. Anthony was awesome, worked quickly, and gave me a detailed rundown when he was finished. A+ service as always!
