This was another extremely satisfying experience with Optimal Heating & Air Conditioning. They fit us in on rush basis to accommodate my expecting guests. I can now report that their professionalism, timeliness, efficiency and reasonable pricing are consistent. They are my “go to” experts.

We got multiple quotes to replace 2 units at our house. Jim came back with the most reasonable numbers and the most detail outlined in his quote. He took time to answer our questions and we felt he gave his honest opinion and didn’t try to up sell us on things we don’t need. His wife Amy was a pleasure to work as well. I appreciate the text option to communicate with quick questions, Amy was always quick to reply. Honestly they are both just good, nice people!!

Jim and his 2 guys were extremely respectful, clean, and hard working during the 12 hour days they worked to install our new units and heat pumps! He made sure the job was done right and worked with us to get extra air flow and returns in rooms that needed it. The final invoice included all the warranty info and what kind of filters to buy, they are so detailed and streamlined in the entire process and I’m SOO glad we found them and used them. Would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat! Thankful to have our new ACs working awesome in the middle of this summer heat. I called Optimal late afternoon about one of AC units not functioning correctly. Amy promptly returned my call and set up an appointment for the next day. Jim arrived as scheduled, gathered information, started working and had us up and running within 15 minutes. Jim fully explained the issue and was upfront. Optimal’s service fee is very reasonable and there were no up charging or hidden fees. I appreciate the great customer service and value Optimal offers.

The process was great from estimate through install. Jim answered all my questions and put together a system that meets both our needs and budget. Amy got everything scheduled and the install went exactly as planned. The installation crew was both competent and kind and treated our home very well. If you need AC repair or replacement, you should give Optimal Air a call.

OptimalAir did an outstanding job diagnosing a bad furnace blower motor. The new motor was installed quickly without any issues. Brennan did a great job with the install/replacement.

I have used them for a couple of years and they are the only AC company that is honest and fair with their pricing that I have ever found. Other companies have told me something is needed when it wasn’t, I hate that!! I trust them and would never post if I truly did not mean it!! Anthony was our serviceman and was terrific !

Amy was great! Super quick to respond and was able to get me on the schedule same day after my AC stopped working. Jim, came out and was very thorough on the testing he was doing on the unit and all possible issue. He was patient with all of my questions and he was very honest in his recommendations. He was able to get our 30-year-old unit up and running for the time being until we can get a replacement in. I would highly recommend their service and professionalism.

My heater stopped working correctly so I called and they sent someone out within a couple of hours! So quick!
Then they changed all my filters just because they needed to be changed! And then Anthony assessed the problem and determined it was a hose that had gotten chewed through by a mouse! I called pest control as he replaced the hose, as he had a spare in his van, and now everything is working beautifully again!
I still have not wavered. I strongly recommend Optimal Air for all of your heating and air conditioning needs!

I cannot say enough great things about my entire experience with Optimal Air! Both of our AC units died and needed to be replaced. I had several quotes from different companies before I met Jim. We decided to go with him because he was SUPER knowledgeable, honest, friendly and at a great price. Jim was on time and friendly and took his time to go over 4 different options for us to choose from. Also, on a side note...he was the 1st and only person to ask me if he should wear bootie shoe covers inside our house! Amy in his office was also knowledgeable and extremely organized and efficient. And...I should add, understanding when I slept in 25 mins past my time they were going to start on the install. At the end of my install my house was FRIGID (so awesome!) and he left everything cleaner than before he started!! Seriously if you need new units or a tune up or whatever, call Jim. You won't be disappointed!!!

It is not often we write reviews for companies. However, we could not let the work from Optimal Air go unnoticed. Jim and his crew are so professional and made us so comfortable with the large investment of our air conditioner and mini split. The job they did was incredible and impeccable. They left our house so clean and took every precaution to keep it clean. They even used a vacuum cleaner as they cut the wall to catch the dust. We have very high standards and Jim and his crew do too. If you are in the market for a new HVAC system don’t look any further. Optimal Air is hands down the BEST!!

We are very pleased with our newly upgraded air conditioning units. I called Optimal Air in 2024 to service one of the units. Unfortunately that unit (builder original) didn’t last as long as we hoped. When we called Optimal Air again, the guys came out, did an inspection, they provided us with up to new information. That helped our decision on which new units to get. Optimal Air managed to get all of the work done in one day! The guys are very friendly, and their customer service is top notch! We highly recommend using them for repairs or A/C replacement.

Our old AC broke and we were referred to Jim by a colleague of his. He was prompt for our appointment and used shoe covers to enter the house. He is very nice and respectful. He is honest and provided us with multiple options for our replacement. His quote was reasonable and his team arrived promptly on our installation date and was done in no time. Their team is professional and clean. No sign of dust or debris after the work was done. We are happy with our new system and know who to call when we need any service in the future.
