Called PDS out here to service my heater. Mario was the technician they sent out. He was very informative and was able to easily explain everything to me. They are also veteran owned and I highly recommend them.

I had a leak in my yard and called Temecula Leak
Detection and spoke with Adam.
He was very helpful and came out right away and found the leak. He also repaired it the same day for a very reasonable price. Will be calling them from now on with any plumbing problems. BEST SERVICE.

Marcelino came out late at night and did an amazing job! We almost went a whole night with no water until he showed up and got the job done super fast and efficient! Marcelino was so awesome thank you so much

Unfortunately our family bathroom sink clogged up. I called several Plumbing business but since it's getting late in the afternoon. No one is available to come out right away, I just called each one until I found this PDS "24 hrs service" on Google and has 5 star review. I called them and the operator "Kaitlyn" is very friendly and helpful to make it happen today. Thank you for that.

Fernando Estevez came on time as promised, He ask if I wanted him to wear a shoe booth. I appreciate him for asking me that, that is respect right there. Asses the two sinks clogged and explain the plan to me, which I really appreciated. He tried 1 of the sinks first and somewhat cleared but not entirely. He had tried clearing the 2nd sink clog also and then finally it cleared everything. The whole time he was explaining all the work that he is doing. A very friendly and knowledgeable technician. Great job Fernando, I will definitely recommend this company to everyone. Great job & well done!👏

My technician Marcelino Magana was very personable as well as knowledgeable. I appreciate all the work he completed today with advice that may make issues tomorrow non existent. He also gave me a Veteran's discount. It is young men like Marcelino that are the future of plumbing and helping to make our country great again!

Jorge was professional and very good at his job. He explained everything very well. And did a great job.

The PDS company is great & Jonnny Salazar is even greater. Johnny made it very manageable for us through the repiping repairs process.

So we had to call on an Emergency and all water was shut off, we had a leak gushing out main water line. Called and Fernando answered, said he’d be at our home within the hour and he was. He had all the necessary parts on his truck. Explained the repairs, got everything done in a timely manner. He was very polite and knowledgeable, would recommend them and would call him again in an emergency.

I had a leaking shower valve that was leaking quite a lot of water. I called PDS and set up an appointment for today 11/24/25 and they sent out Andrew H. To help me out. He took apart the shower valve, replaced the cartridge which took care of the problem. Andrew also check the water pressure to make sure it wasn’t too high, which it wasn’t. The repair took a little over an hour to complete. He was very professional and explained everything that was going on. PDS thank you for sending out Andrew H. And fixing my plumbing problem.

Marcelino was prompt, courteous and very helpful. I would not hesitate to call him again for future needs. PDS offers good prices and service. I was very pleased.

Paul Cuellar was prompt and efficient. My air conditioning went out unexpectedly and PDS sent Paul the same day. Paul was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. He picked up the parts needed and was here the next day so we only had to be without air conditioning for one day. Thank you PDS. I would highly recommend.

Marcelino was great listening my problems without interrupting. Very professional and likeable professional. He took care the problems fast and efficiently. I have a wonderful experience with Paul, he is very professional, friendly and also very knowledgeable about the AC and heating systems. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue that I’ve been having with my AC, provided me with the detailed invoice , ordered parts, keep me updated and came out immediately upon arriving of the parts.
Paul was an absolutely pleasure to deal with and because of his wonderful customer service that he provided, I’ll definitely be using this company in the future and will recommend them to all of my friends and family. Thank you again!

My insurance had given me a due date to install a smart automatic water shut off valve that I had forgotten about and the deadline was approaching. Thankfully PDS sent out Fernando, Marcelino and Jonathan who were very professional and explained everything in great details. They helped me out by installing a new kitchen sink, rebuilding my water main, installing a Halo 5 whole home purification system, and installed my automatic smart water shut off valve with a certificate as proof of installation so I can sent over to my insurance. They treated me really good like I was family. (:

Our technician was Brian Hawkins and he did a thorough and detailed job! He came late and didn’t leave until the AC was up and running and house was cooling down! I was so impressed by his attitude and willingness to get the job done for my elderly parents. We would definitely recommend PDS and use them again.
