Marcelino was the best plumber ever. On time, very professional, very knowledgeable, excellent communicator and very clean. He installed new water line, serviced our boiler and replaced exterior faucets. Highly recommend them.

PDS Plumbing and Air changed out my angle stops. But for whatever reason, my Flowtech Water Treatment System kept erroring. Called PDS Plumbing on several occasions to troubleshoot the issue. Marcellino was the technician that came out several times and finally came up with the plan to resolve it, which he did. He was amazing. Very helpful and customer-centric to provide the service to my satisfaction. Marcellino is a phenomenal service technician and person. I am a very satisfied customer. Marcellino and PDS Plumbing and Air are legit.

Paul has come out to help us twice now, and both times he’s been outstanding. He’s insanely knowledgeable, super friendly, and always goes the extra mile to make sure everything is taken care of properly. He makes the whole process easy and stress-free, which is rare to find. Had them out last week to check my air conditioner and heater for its yearly check up. Yes I knew it was a 18 year old set up and was just trying to kick it down the road.

After they got here, they took their time showing me everything good and bad about the system. After understanding that I was using about $450 of electrical power during summer time. It only made sense to get a high efficient hvac system so I could save money on my electricity and gas bill.

He was timely, when he said he would be here he was. He wore proper protective gear, making sure not create a bigger mess indoors than what was already there. He properly cleaned up after himself. He always had a great smile and was very informative, he had great believable answers for all my questions. I'm not a plumber, but I was a Realtor for over 30 yrs., I understand a little about plumbing.

I had a really great experience with PDS Plumbing and Air. From the first call, the dispatch team was super friendly and helpful and made the whole scheduling process easy.
Our service tech, Jorge, was awesome. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took great care of our HVAC system. He also made sure to respect our home by keeping everything clean and explaining what he was doing along the way.
You can tell this company really cares about their customers. Jorge made sure everything was running perfectly and that my family was comfortable. I really appreciate the great service and would definitely recommend PDS Plumbing and Air.

Jorge came and saved the day for our family!!! We had a different company come and fry our circuit board. We reached out to PDS Plumbing and Air and they were so helpful and apologetic for the situation that we were in. They had come out previously in the week to diagnose what was wrong with our system and when we declined to have the work done to think about it the technician Paul was so respectful and not pushy. He explained what we needed to be fixed and took lots of photos to show what was looked at while he was here. Phoenix was so helpful over the phone when I called to explain we would not be able to proceed with the repair because we now needed more work done. She said she would pass my info along to her boss and see if PDS would be able to help us. An hour later I heard from her boss, Zach, and he was trying to help us out. He had me send pics of the circuit board that needed replacing and within an hour he had located the board. Zach offered us a
very reasonable price to fix the contactor and circuit board. A couple days later Jorge was our technician who came out to do the repair. Jorge was professional, helpful, knowledge and got the job done quickly.

Thank you to the entire team at PDS for helping us have heating and air back again in our house. Our kids are so excited to have heat again! I have already recommended PDS heating and air to my mom and another friend. I would use this company again in a heartbeat if we have problems with our AC or heater in the future.

Leo is amazing, he is efficient, fast and extremely professional he knows what he is doing and will give you a very fair price. We had a leak and Leo finished up a job and rushed over to save the day he didn’t leave until he found not one but two leaks and explained to us how to remedy the problem. We will continue the work with Leo and any but hopefully not any future problems.

I have a leak under water heater area. Leo came immediately. Within 10 minutes, he opened up the dry wall and told me it is the cold water pipe leak. And he is going reroute a pipe in my garage from the water entry to water heater. He is going to charge 2200. but in his invoice, He said further work may need in the house to fix the problem if this one does not work! And he immediately tried to open my dry wall before I even agree. Fortunately I got away from his scheme. Another plumber came and point out the obvious fact the water heater pipe does not even match the entry pipe. I almost fell into his trap and got project after project. It turns out the main water pipe has not problem at all!. I have his invoice as and pictures if any one question the truth. I am writing this to help the community because plumbing problem is going to happen more and more in our area.

Called and a real person answered told him the issue I was having and where I was located he said he would stop by and take a look. An hour or two later he showed up and quickly found the issue. We have been frustrated with no water pressure and he found the issue was my water softener turned the bypass valves on and voila water pressure back. He is great people if you need a plumber call Leo!

I can not believe how wonderful the customer service was! I fought with a clogged kitchen sink for 2 days before finally giving up and calling a plumber. Unfortunately it was a Sunday. I called no less than 10 plumbers who advertised being open 24/7 and NOT ONE was willing to come out on a Sunday. I kept searching, and by the grace of God, I came across Leo's Plumbing. Leo himself answered my call on the second ring and had a technician out to my home within 2 hours. Nick, who happens to be Leo's son, arrived on time, was so sweet & polite, and had my drain cleared in no time! I felt bad because it was a Sunday, but Leo and Nick didn't seem a bit inconvenienced. The next time I have a plumbing issue, Leo will be my first call!
