JJ came out and accesed the issue on the clog in my sink and gave me 2 options and explained to me what not to put down the garage disposal. I elected to have a special machine brought out. They found the clog about 25 feet in. They will be out Monday to put a camera down the pipe to make sure they got everything. JJ was kind, professional and patient with all my questions. Thank u JJ

Setting up the appointment was easy and the tech was very prompt within the appointment window but I couldn't justify the price. I had a gasket from the toilet fill tank to the toilet itself that needed to be replaced and I had bought the wrong size (Bought a 2", needed a 3" apparently). Only offer was to do a full overhaul of my toilet at $778.00 or replace the entire thing for $777.00. The gasket is about $13.00 at Lowes and I was willing to pay a little more to have a professional do it but not that much more. I'm out $79.00 for a 5 min conversation but I did agree to it before they came but I wouldn't recommend for toilet repairs. Experience was great but the price is just not there for repairs.

I had a great experience with PDS plumbing! From the appointment booking to the technician doing the drain clearing/cleaning. Marcelino Magana was our technician. He was extremely helpful and professional. He explained everything he was doing and made us feel comfortable knowing our issue was in good hands. The pricing for the service was as promised and it didn't feel like they were price gouging and looking for extra services to charge. Im very happy with the service and would recommend!

AC unit was not cooling called PDS, plumbing and air. They came out the same day to do an inspection of my 35 year-old unit. Cody, Andrew and Mario installed our AC within the same day. Call PDS plumbing and Air to fix my furnace. They sent out Mario and Marcus we're both able to find a new blower motor for my 50 year old unit. They also gave me discounts and a free blower assembly cleaning. PDS did a great job highly recommend thank you

I had PDS Plumbing and air come out last week and replace my old toilet with a new one. They sent Marcelino Magana. At first I thought, he's young. But he was professional and courteous about everything. I live in a mobile home so toilet took more work to remove. He explained everything as he went along. I have a special needs daughter who is autistic and mentally like a 1-3 y.o. He was thoughtful and closed the door while he vacuumed. So wouldn't upset her. So sweet of him to do that. And he waved and said goodbye when he left. Very sweet young man. I would recommend Marcelino Magana and PDS Plumbing for anything needed Plumbing or air wise. And the office people are so sweet and helpful. Thank you PDS Plumbing and you have a client for life.

Besides the great deals and options to finance our project that could help us in our situation. The best part of all is the follow up customer service, to ensure the installation and the new system works to our satisfaction.
