Had a problem with my thermostat not working on an old mobile home furnace I have switched in for a newer model than my previous one I have done this before it usually easy install all wiring was in should have worked but still nothing. I figured it must be something electrical it looked like it was. I called Family Plumbing Heating & Air cause a fried referred me. They got to me fast and got to give it to Gee Smithson the service pro they sent down he helped rewire and get the furnace back up and running man it was needed its been getting way to cold, they had great pricing as well, hope this helps.

I was satisfied with the work that was done. the plumber. John literally tightened a connection with his hand at the bottom of the sink drain and it so far has not leaked but the bathroom has not really been used. However, the $179 charge to tighten that connection with his hand seems excessive.

Family Plumbing sure did come through for us in a BIG way. We were in crisis! Very knowledgeable & capable plumber went above and beyond to provide the right service. SO appreciative of all interactions with the staff. Recommend them highly indeed!

Family plumbing did a leak discovery (found a leaking pipe in our concrete slab), they did a complete repiping of our home and installation of a hot water recirculating system. Start to finish they are outstanding folks to work with! Excellent communication during the whole process. If they said they were coming you could count on them to be there. Top to bottom an outstanding group of professionals! Fast, friendly and efficient. They pay attention to the small details as well as the big ones. I called around and just got the run around until I called Dino. He personally picked up, and I gave him the situation which was on a late Friday afternoon and trying to get someone before the weekend for my tenant who had no hot water was crucial. Dino and his team pulled through and not only gave a great rate, but did a thorough job, and I was impressed with his services and going above and beyond of what was needed. Really nice people great customer service attitudes. My problem is bigger than I expected so unfortunately, I was not able to use their services at this time. However, John came out and explained to me that I can try something on my own with my drain. We’re not sure if it’s gonna work, but there is a possibility. Very, very friendly honest company. And his expertise as well appreciated.

I have seen the Family Plumbing vehicles all around town so when I asked a close family friend for a plumbing recommendation, and they suggested Family Plumbing, I immediately called. Dino was very accommodating and helpful during our first call. He advised that they could fit me in the following day to install our new toilet. I was very excited to hear this since our bathroom repair had been going on for the past 2 months and other plumbing companies were quoting 1 to 2 weeks out. John arrived the following day during the 3 hour window that was provided. John was very friendly and efficient. The price paid was very reasonable!
