Brandon started off the morning with a prompt and on time appointment to give me a bid, advice and options for my water heater and main house pressure regulator replacements. Shaun the install tech was on site within about an hour with replacement parts and new heater unit. He took adequate time to do a top notch professional install and left the worksite spotlessly clean. Gave us tips on how to maximize the life of all newly installed equipment. Kudos to Shaun for a job well done!

Couldn't have had a better experience with an Electrican company! Amanda was super friendly on the phone and got me an appointment that very next day. Blake came out and figured out my electrical issue in less than an hour. best thing is, they were way reasonably priced! My family and I will definitely use them Gaian in the future! GREAT SERVICE!!!

Excellent experience. He was on time, communicative, and extremely helpful throughout the process. He went above and beyond from a safety perspective, clearly explaining the issue and walking me through several repair options at different price points so I could make an informed decision. Great communication and customer service—I would absolutely recommend him.

So, Ryan came out originally, assessed my hot water tank issue and gave me several options. All direct and to the point. My water heater was shot after being 16 years old. A fair price to fix the current one, which may or may not have lasted or get a new one. I chose the latter option. Lee was the technician that came out to install the new water heater. He was super cool, professional and did a great job. He showed up, assessed what he had to do and within 10 minutes was working on the replacement. A few hours later, he was done, the old heater gone, the new one installed and running great with all the California requirements. Great job and I'm thankful to have hot water in my house again. They even helped out with a military discount...not required, but definietly appreciated. Thank you Big B's, Ryan and Lee. You did a great job and I appreciate the effort.

Friday evening toilet started to leak, found Big B's via Google search, and was able to book an appointment online for next day service which was Saturday since they work weekends. Eliah C. was my plumber and he was friendly, thorough, and got the job done quick. He was kind enough to gave me a couple estimates for some future work I want done, the estimates will stay on my account, and I can reach back out when I'm ready to proceed, nice and easy!

BigB's is awesome. They showed up promptly first thing in the morning after my water heater busted. Brandon helped me with some options, was informative about rebates, and ultimately, advised me on the best, most efficient and cost effective solution for my family to enjoy hot showers again. Shaun performed the install very professionally. He was knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything he was doing, every step of the way. The work area was clean and the craftsmanship of his work was extremely professional. Both expressed special care for my home and situation as if it was their own, and I greatly appreciate this. Family Plumbing, Heating & Air is an excellent company! I have used them for the last eight years. They came in an emergency situation for plumbing and dug the holes and did the repairs on a freezing cold late winter night. They replaced my water heater and today they fixed my air conditioner!
I called this morning and they were here by this afternoon. Dino the company owner is fantastic wonderful blessed man. Gee is the gentleman that came today and he was kind, knowledgeable and respectful, he was fantastic! I have a special situation with an autistic daughter and I’m a single mom and they showed up for me in every way possible! Even provided discounts! Last month (Jan 2025) I was changing the vanity and plumbing at my place and had an issue with the drain pipes. My wife found Family Plumbing online. We called them, let them know our issue, and Darrell came out. Pricing was competitive and fair. Darrell answered all our questions, was very respectful of our space, and even provided some guidance and suggestions on project questions i had regarding our vanity.

Our HVAC system broke down on a Thursday, and they were out the very next day to diagnose the issue. As I expected, our 40-year-old system had reached the end of its life and needed to be replaced.

They returned the following Tuesday with all new equipment, ready to get the job done. The technicians were amazing—hardworking, professional, and dedicated. They stayed throughout the day to make sure everything was installed and running so we didn’t have to go another night without air conditioning—especially in 105° heat.

From start to finish, every employee we interacted with was professional, courteous, and clearly committed to quality service. On top of that, the pricing was very fair and honest. I really appreciated their urgency, attention to detail, and care for our comfort.
