Dylin was super helpful with explaining the work he was going to do, with taking care of the home as he went along, and with explaining all the options for improving our system. He also installed at no charge a sound blanket we had for our compressor but hadn’t installed ourselves. Great experience and will use Big-B again.

I’ve had to call for service a couple times this year, and each time, Whitney has been the one to help. I know I’m not the easiest person to deal with, but he constantly takes time to answer all my questions and explain everything throughly. His patience and professionalism never goes unnoticed and I truly appreciate the care he brings to every visit.

Had a kitchen drain clog and someone came out the same day. He was efficient and polite. Paid $150. I would recommend.

The technician was on time, polite, had shoe covers, looked at the issue, explained what was needed to fix it, had the parts on hand, fixed the issue, tested it to make sure it was actually fixed, showed me the work, I paid the invoice, all in about 30 mins, with little impact to my work day! Great job!

Big B's was great. They came out quick the next morning after I called. They were on time, and communicated very well along the way regarding their arrival time. The fee was reasonable and Whitney did a great job. I recommend this company.

I am a repeat customer of Big B's plumbing and I will continue to be. This time I worked with Brandon, he was timely, professional, very patient and knowledgeable. I called for a running toilet that ended up leaking. He recognized it was a bigger issue and I contacted restoration services. Brandon collaborated with them seamlessly while keeping me informed along the way. I had MULTIPLE problems, he diagnosed each one, provided sound advice and he made sure I used my coupon! Excellent service!!

Terrible experience. A few weeks after "routine seasonal servicing" provided by Big B's, I had a fault code on my AC. After a day of trouble shooting, Big B's informed me I needed a new compressor. The technician left leaving me with a non-functioning AC. Big B's management refuted that it was their problem even though they had just recently serviced my system.

I called Lucky Air and within 24 hours they identified the problem as a simple power surge. The AC was restored with a simple reset of power breakers. There was NO PROBLEM with the compressor as noted by Big B's. Further, the new technician noted the primary air filter was absolutely filthy as was the fan. Almost like no servicing has taken place in years. Hmm.

It appears Big B's "servicing" was more about pitching upgrades and nothing about servicing.

I foolishly spent over $1600 on a new surge protector with Big B's. And find out during their "servicing" they never identified, or even looked at, something as obvious as the filter.

Service was Fast, efficient, professional, and very detailed. I appreciate them sending Brandon and appreciate his professionalism and honesty. I would absolutely use this company again and recommend them.

Updated post with work completion: Called Big B’s plumbing because I have seen them around town quite a bit and I couldn’t be more satisfied with my initial experience. Literally had someone come out the same day within the hour to discuss future work with me. Brandon messaged when he was on his way and showed up on time and ready to go. We discussed filtering, conditioning, and softener options as well as the removal of an old softener. Brandon was knowledgeable and thorough in his information and answered all questions. Quotes were provided on site and I look forward to proceeding with work. Prior to leaving, he even did a complimentary safety check noting a couple concerning issues that he recommended addressing. 5 Star customer service, no pressured sales tactics, friendly, professional, respectful, and honest.

Shaun came out to install everything and did a phenomenal job. He arrived on time, reviewed the work being done thoroughly, and ensure that I understood how everything worked before he departed. The new system looks clean, is out of the way, and water quality has noticeably increased. Everything was cleaned up and tested prior to departing. Thanks for your hard work and professionalism.

From the very first call to the office staff at Big B Plumbing to the very end of the job we couldn’t be any happier that we went with this company. Brandon B was the first plumber to correctly assess the problems. Then we were fortunate enough to have ShaunB and Breyon F to do the whole house re piping. These two men worked non stop, were the definition of professional and kept my home and outside clean at all times. Eliah and Big B’s were a joy to work with. The communication from scheduling to explanation of the job details and what was needed were executed to perfection! I will definitely be calling again for my next job.

Shaun provided us with excellent service and advice. He was able to find our issue and assisted in the insurance claim. Unfortunately our insurance did not reimburse but we feel Shaun provided us with all the information we needed. In addition he was in contact with us throuhgout the restoration process. His communiction was excellent.

Ryan was prompt, kind, professional and courteous and patiently explained what he was doing to my friend who is interested in plumbing. He changed the cartridge to my shower faucet and it is back to working perfectly. Would recommend and plan to return to Big B's for future plumbing needs.

We have used Big B's plumbing in the past and always satisfied with results or they would return immediately if there were any problems.
Two weeks ago we discovered a huge leak when we stepped in a large wet area in our downstairs guest bedroom. Ryan came over within an hour and discovered a slab leak in the guest bathroom. When he cut into the wall in the living room adjacent to the bathroom, there was 7 to 9 inches of standing water under the tub pan and leaking inside and out.
In no time, Ryan called in the renovation team that came with big fans to dry out the water and tented off the effected areas. Over the next couple of days, Rene (install mgr) along with Shaun (project mgr) Manny, Tyler and Lee worked tirelessly to get the leak fixed and re-plumb our entire 3100 sq. ft. home with new piping and upgrades.
I can't say enough about how efficient, polite, communicative and caring they all were. They couldn't seem to do enough to make sure we knew what was going on that we were always comfortable and had our questions answered. They were always on time in the morning and wouldn't leave until the day's work was done and working properly. I'm not sure I ever saw them take a break except for a quick lunch!!!
I could go on and on about the service we got from Big B's and especially Ryan, Shaun, Rene, Manny, Tyler and Lee.

Big B’s is the only plumber service we use! The plumbers always explain the problem, our options and what is recommended. Add to that that they are courteous and sometimes even funny. Jose R and Elijia are our go to guys.
