She actually listened to what I needed and offered to send a plumber out within 1/2 hour. Turner arrived and diagnosed and gave an accurate estimate within three minutes. He completed the work quickly and he was truly my hero today. I’ve never hired a plumber before and his patience and understanding helped to calm my nerves. He even had a sense of humor. I cannot thank R&R enough for getting my day started right, without worry. Again, hire with confidence.

What we really appreciate and what sets them apart from other companies is before they send a technician out to your residence, they provide a short bio and photo of who will be coming so you know exactly who is coming to your door. Yesterday, Chandler was our technician. He provided us with several options to address our situation which we very much appreciated. We highly recommend R&R Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

R & R responded promptly to my message. They were able to send a plumber out soon after they contacted me. Zach arrived exactly when they said he would. Zach was courteous and knowledgeable. Christian came out late in the afternoon to assess the issue with our water heater. He thoroughly inspected our heater and determined it was definitely done. Christian showed up the next morning at the promised time and did a fantastic job installing our new water heater and getting it up to code! Wow! We had a water line break at a joint in our ceiling and soon there was water leaking into the garage and the ceiling had a big old pimple.
One phone call is all it took. Our plumber, Jason, was great. Not only friendly and personable but extremely knowledgeable. He quickly found the broken pipe and everything was fixed in a little over an hour. Prices are extremely reasonable.
This was our first time using R&R but we will definitely be using them again when needed.

My house was flooded, and the water heater pipes leaked. The first company that came to the rescue proposed destructive repairs, including removing the exterior facade, which was unacceptable to us due to the extensive damage and the difficulty of repair.

Thanks to Jon from RR Plumbing, he is an incredibly professional and patient technician. He proactively considered all aspects of the problem and patiently and honestly helped us resolve the pipe and water heater issues. His solution, which included repairs to the ceiling and kitchen cabinets, quickly and perfectly resolved the leak. He also installed the new water heater flawlessly.

Need a plumber? Jason’s your guy! They just opened up servicing Riverside and they just happened to give me a same day appt! I got lucky…No fee to come and check out my little plumbing problem under the bathroom sink.

Jason was super nice. As a female, I felt comfortable being alone with him in my home. He explains everything in simple terms and is not over bearing like talking too much or too little.

He gave me a quote, which I’m not sure if it was reasonable because I’m selling the house and just needed it done. He was able to replace all the pipes underneath the sink so I was relieved he didn’t have to come back another day. Then I had him quickly fix a clogged sink in the other bathroom!

I’ll be sure to call R&R again! Great service. Great people.

They were very professional and for once tried to fix the water heater, which they did, unlike the first company I reached out to who were pushing for a new machine altogether. So basically they fixed my problem for free! I did tip them commensurate to their effort and time. It was once of those tips with no regrets. Definitely recommended. John was able to work with Runnai to have my tankless water heater replaced. He took the time to locate a distributor that had the right model, drove out to pick it up, and installed it the same day.
He understood that I was in dire need if hit water with a 7 year old and a newborn and made sure it was taken care of. Excellent service!!

We found water in our casita ceiling downstairs and realized our laundry room was located right above it. Long story short, we have water all in the floor upstairs and walls connected to the laundry room as well as it leaking through our downstairs ceiling and walls. A scary mess. We chose guardian plumbing from the beginning because of the reviews. They lived up to their reviews. John our technician was on time, polite, clean, and kept us informed of the problem and his work as he went along. Guardian just didn't look at our current issue and then give us a quote. I liked that they looked at what the current issue was, possible causes, and was there something in the future that could create other problems and ended up giving me 3 different quotes for all of that. There was absolutely no pressure as to which quote and work I wanted to have done. I also liked that there was only one technician John who came out and did the work. That way there was no miss communication as to what had been done or not been done. John even came out on his day off for a couple of hours to complete the work, thank you. I would definitely recommend Guardian
