Our service from start to finish was friendly and courteous. I called in at 1:45pm and Our guy showed up at 2:30pm. He was great, very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We will certainly us R&R plumbing again when we need plumbing help.

We contacted R&R Plumbing initially just to replace the kitchen faucet/sink, and 3 shower heads. Javier immediately made himself available to give an estimate. When he came, he appeared so competent, professional and trustworthy, and that we ended up having him and Bobby replace an old water heater tank to an instant water heater, as well as HALO water filter. We are very pleased! 😀

Jon and Sam did a spectacular job fixing the slab leak. They used the least invasive path and treated the house like it was there own. They were organized and clean and saved the cut pieces of dry wall to make the repair easy. Alyson contacted me on a regular basis, got us quickly scheduled and followed through until the job was completed. Highly, highly recommended!!!!

Jonathan w/ R&R was so professional and yet thorough. He explained everything that is causing the leak and the PSI. I have never had anyone come out for service in my home until he came and explained all details. I wish all service people are like him. Willing and ready to help to the fullest. I commend him with a well-deserved accolade!

Derek was professional and respectful of our home and our space. He showed up on time, completed the task quickly, and answered all of questions before he left. This company even set up an appointment for next day service. They were prompt, communicative, and reliable. I highly recommend this company and Derek as your technician!

Wednesday 1/7/26 I had my kitchen faucet replaced by R&R plumbing, Carrie sent Christian almost immediately after I called. Awesome job done by a very nice guy. Friday 1/9/26 I had a pipe in a wall burst around 11am and Javier arrived around 3pm, which gave me enough time to dry up all the water in the house. Another great job done and completed by 6/6:30pm by another very nice guy. Thank you all at R&R for such great treatment when I needed the help 🙏

Hard work and quality costumer service is hard to come by these days. Industries that provide services aren’t what they used to be 20 years ago. Having said that, Jonathon at RR plumbing brought back what I feel was the standard in the past. Jonathon was punctual, efficient, and had great communication. He was very professional and earned my business not through any pushy sales tactics but through honesty and integrity. There was no beating around the bush with Jonathon he was confident in his advice and in his product. This process is never ideal but he made it as smooth as it could have gone. I will definitely pass the word along to neighbors, friends, and family.

I had an issue under my kitchen sink and, due to prior back injuries from military service, needed a professional I could trust to do the job right. Scheduling was easy, communication was clear, and the team was courteous from the start.

Turner, the plumber who came out, was excellent. He quickly fixed the issue and was refreshingly honest, letting me know there was no need to replace the garbage disposal at this time, while offering a future quote if needed. That kind of integrity builds trust.

When I asked about the invoice, he simply thanked me for my service. It was genuine and respectful, not performative.

R&R Plumbing Services leads with professionalism, honesty, and values that matter. I will gladly recommend them and will be using them again soon for a water purification system installation.

Met Daniel this morning. A very nice young man. My previous tankless water heater company has gone out of business and I wanted to discuss with him if R & R Plumbing could be my new company since I had an issue with it not working (gas was off) yesterday. Cristian came out and not only cleared our seemingly recurring plumbing issue, but identified, and explained to us, the root problem. Cristian is a professional and represents R&R Plumbing very well. I have total confidence in this company and highly recommend.

Tom was great. Very knowledgeable and help really break it down in a way I can understand. He arrived on time and help find solutions to all my questions. He also asked great question to get me to think about issues I wasn't aware of. Overall fantastic person. He represents your company well.

R&R plumbing has amazing techs, Jon is the latest example. Super knowledgeable, easy to talk to, explains everything and really seems to enjoy not only what he does but the company he works for. Jon is truly a fantastic ambassador for the company and puts trust back into a field that does not always deserve it. Chandler was very thorough and upfront about the issue and what the cost was going to be. He came back out once I exposed the section that was an issue. He fixed it without a problem and made it look better than the original installation. I highly recommend Chandler and R&R Plumbing!

Fernando from R and R plumbing came today and he is amazing. I am a disabled retired Navy and things are difficult for me. He took the time out to explain to me exactly what he was and why things needed to be repaired. He is so patient and told me exactly how much it cost. They are amazing people at R and R for plumbing and they gave me a discount when they were finished because of my disability status. Thank you so much!

They have always been professional, prompt, and courteous. Their work has always been too notch. I have been with the for over a decade and will continue to use their services. This is my first interaction with Javier and I am very impressed with his skills, attitude, and promptness. When there was an issue after he left, he returned and fixed it.

I always judge a business, not when things go 100% well. My assessment on whether it’s a great business is when and how they tale care of issues/problems. They have always resolved issues and have returned within a reasonable amount of time.

We had a concerning leak coming from the second floor bathroom and leaking through the floor to the bathtub below. Dan from R&R correctly and quickly diagnosed the problem and promptly repaired that problem and another leaking toilet at a very reasonable price. We were relieved and pleasantly surprised that we didn’t have a major problem. We will only use R&R for any future plumbing issues. Also, Dan was a very pleasant and friendly technician. Very satisfied with this company!
