Guardian plumbers tech George Rios was very responsive polite and professional. Our service tech went above and beyond our needs. inspected the pipes for leakage and inspected outside perimeter to make sure nothing else was wrong. Not only did he fix our plumbing back up but also replace our pipes that were rusted and cracked Worth every penny highly appreciate this company and what they do. Thank you guardian plumbers for the honest and hard work.

Robert replaced the water shut off valve for our home water located in the garage . The old shut valve leaked! Robert did an excellent job in replacing the defective valve! Robert is a true professional who has great experience! Guardian was very responsive in getting the repair done quickly! I really appreciated their service!

Guardian Plumbers was contacted on a Sunday about a possible pipe leak under the slab. Their technician, Angel Fonseca, showed up within a couple of hours of our initial contact with Guardian Plumbers and confirmed there was a leak under the slab. We scheduled a repair, which is currently pending. While he was on site, we asked Angel if it was possible to replace the water heater, which he was able to do at that time. We were very happy with the experience. Angel is a personable young man, who brings professionalism, honesty, and experience to the job. We feel that he is an outstanding representative of the quality of Guardian Plumbers. As for the staff that were involved in our initial contact with Guardian Plumbers, we appreciated the courteous assistance and follow-up they provided. If our initial experience with Guardian is any indication, we're confident about the quality of work that will be exhibited in repairing the slab leak. I would highly recommend Guardian Plumbers, and will use them again without hesitation.

5 stars for George Rios! I must say that we are impressed with his knowledge, professionalism, kindness, and his respect and care for another human being. He takes pride in what he does and ensures that the job is done and done right. My husband was super impressed by him and that doesn’t happen all the time haha! Angel was professional and very helpful throughout the repair. He even beyond the scope of repair to fix small things that would be helpful for my family without even asking him. I pick my repair business off the reviews of other customers. I was definitely not let done and prices were reasonable. I'm very happy with Guardian Plumbing. They went above and beyond with replacing my hot water heater. It was a difficult job but they got it done. George Rios was extremely professional and did everything he said he was going to do. The office staff was equally as professional. I will definitely use this company again.

I wanted to add on to my previous post.

George replaced my hot water heater on Tuesday which I was extremely happy with. On Thursday night I got home and found out my toilet was leaking. I didn't think I stood a chance of getting George from integrity plumbing out again first thing on Friday morning but integrity plumbing made it happen.

George and his assistant whose name unfortunately I do not remember, we're here first thing in the morning, did a very professional job, we're polite and cleaned up after themselves.

I had had a plumber out from a different company a while back on my toilet and my sink. The work that plumber did was very shoddy and everything that he did had to be corrected by George and his helper from integrity plumbing. They did a great job in an extremely timely manner.

I continue to be impressed with integrity plumbing and doubt that I will ever use anyone else from this point forward. Thank you integrity plumbing.

Preston did an amazing job. He went above and beyond what was asked for for this repair. His trouble shooting process was top notch and not only did he find our problem he explained the complete process of what the problem was and how to fix it. Also he was able to lower the price of the job. An amazing young man. Truly happy with his service to my home. Will absolutely call Guardian plumbing again if a need arises in the hopefully the distant future. Thank you again.

John came on time and immediately put on feet protectors for our tile. He spent a good amount of time diagnosing and making sure he was giving us the best advice and repair path. He completed the work, tested it a few times, cleaned up and was on his way after providing me a very reasonable bill. We are back in action and running better than before he was here. Great company and very professional set up. My new go to company.

John was thorough and responsive to my needs, he fixed 3 fast leaks, and explained why they Suddenly Happened. He knew i had to leave town and arranged for an early am repair even though he was already booked. I was comfortable with him in my home, all in all this was as stress free as a plumbing leak can be! I would definitely use his service again.

Absolutely the best customer service I have ever experienced. We had an unusual problem with water hammering from a mixing valve under our master vanity that was to the tub. They diagnosed the problem and set my mind at ease. Howard also followed up with us and spoke with us at length about tankless water heater replacement options and filtration system. Howard is extremely knowledgeable and did not try to push anything unnecessary to try and make $$. Very sincere and honest. I highly recommend this company.

I had some parts replaced in my Shower by Preston. Preston was awesome he was very patient, respectful, personable and informative. He clearly explained the process and was considerate of our family in our needs when choosing what best fits us. We really appreciated that and he was a big reason we were comfortable with the work being done. We are happy with the finished work that was done today. I plan to use this company again.

I would definitely recommend Miguel and his partner to anyone needing a plumber. Our water heater went out and decided to change to a tankless water heater. They both were very polite and professional the entire time they were on site. Even when we had a minor oversight he was able to resolve the issue exactly how we would expect it to be done. The job was done very clean and looks real nice. He was able to explain everything to me as he worked throughout the day. He was very educated on the unit and made sure we felt comfortable on how to use it prior to leaving. We never felt rushed and are really please with the purchase. Miguel definitely gave us comfort of piece of mind.

I requested a quote for a pipe to be moved in order to accommodate a dishwasher. Jesse arrived very promptly, which I appreciated. He provided a quote for the job that seemed high but possibly not unreasonably high. However, he then proceeded to look for other things that he claimed needed repaired or replacing. He pushed really hard to replace a hot water heater that he claimed would die within a year, and was pushing me to talk to his manager about arranging a "special price" to do everything, including bypassing the remaining the in-slab plumbing. He did not seem to have any consideration for money conscious individuals, like myself, who are more interested in knowing what's critical, what's less important, and what's just a "would be nice". He just kept saying it's all important, which I do not believe is the case. In my opinion, replacing a hot water heater valve that's not installed correctly is a lot more critical than replacing the entire hot water heater. I would definitely not recommend this company if you want an honest, professional perspective. Also, this is a house we recently purchased and had multiple plumbers and inspectors looking at the condition of these areas and none of them provided the apocalyptic perspective that he provided.

Wow and wow! This has to be the best plumbing company in California! We own a restaurant and had plumbing issues with our floor drains. Called several in our area and they were able come out within 45 minutes. We a were shut down due to slow drainage in all of our floor drains. We thought we would be closed over the weekend but we had some fantastic people working on our drains. We think one person’s name was Mike but the other person, we didn’t catch his name. These guys are very good at what they do and Guardian plumbing company is by far more knowledgeable and professional than any other plumbers we called. And we called about eight of them this morning. From the beginning the receptionist was so sweet and her voice so calming we knew we called the right people. She literally asked these two men and had them at our restaurant within 45 minutes. Again, very knowledgeable and very professional from the minute they walked into our restaurant.
Just can’t say enough about good things about this company! The owners should be very proud of this team! They deserve a huge raise!

Great service provided by Andrew and his assistant. They went above and beyond to make sure I had working service before leaving. They worked well into the night. Big kudos to their boss for allowing them to stay late. They came back following day to do permanent repairs. They will also be coming back for a follow-up with camera. I was very pleased with their work, as it was very well organized and everything explained in detail. They were also very respectful of property and area of excavation was done nicely. This is a great company!!!

I found Guardian plumbers by accident and consider it a very happy accident. I live in an older home that sometimes has problems. Turns out this time it was the Roman style tub in the main bedroom. Seems when the builder installed the tub an access panel should have been included so that the plumbing can be accessed. The builder "forgot" to do that. So the first day Mike came in and gave me an estimate and said he could have a crew in here the next day to fix it and it would be done in a matter of hours. What now? Plumbers never work that fast! Guardian does! Also it was pouring rain both days Guardian had plumbers here and they wore shoe coverings over their boots to keep the wood floors clean. But wait there is more! The day the dripping tub faucet was fixed, Mike came back out to the house because Miguel, one of the plumbers who did the work, reported the water pressure was high and Mike wanted to make sure that was right because the day before when he checked it it had been fine. Turns out it was fine but Mike wanted to double check. He did this from the outside faucets in the pouring rain! It is rare when that high of level of customer service exists. Guardian has earned my business and I will refer them to anyone who asks.

George was awesome, Guardian plumbing took my same day new water heater call serious and sent George out to take a look. About three hours later I was enjoying hot water again with a new up to code water heater. George was knowledgeable, personable and well mannered. He didn’t even mode me hovering around while he worked lol.

Our toilet had a clog and plunging it did not work. Alex and Art arrived quickly and figured out the clog was in the main line leaving the house. They snaked it and used a camera line to see what the problem was. They cleared the clog and did an OUTSTANDING JOB!!! They were both so kind and professional and put me at ease quickly. I will be using them from now on. I HIGHLY recommend this company!! Thank you so much!!

All issues resolved.

We hired this company for for residential plumbing work on 3/7/25, which included replacing our water heater and installing a new filtration system--total cost of $14,670.68. The 4 technicians, led by Patrick were very courteous and professional in their interactions.

During installation, the new water heater door was accidentally damaged with their torch as part of the work process. Patrick acknowledged it immediately. However, he did repeatedly state that it was only cosmetic, and asked me what I would like to do. I told him it's not OK to just accept the cosmetic damage and move on. I said I wanted resolution in one of 3 ways: a full replacement, a door replacement, or a discount. They agreed to order a replacement door. Upon job completion, I proceeded to pay the full amount of $$14,670.68 based on their courteous manner and commitment to resolve it.

Shortly after the installation, we noticed that hot water was no longer reaching the upstairs bathroom shower. When the team returned, they diagnosed the issue as a failed shower cartridge, which they suggested could have been caused by lack of use over time. That said, the hot water had been functioning in that shower prior to the water heater replacement, so this outcome was unexpected.

To address the issue, I purchased new fixtures and scheduled additional work for 3/20/25. The quoted cost of this second service was $1,523.39. During this visit, the team began the fixture replacement but paused partway through due to missing components in the manufacturer’s packaging (or possibly misplaced during installation—it's unclear). They agreed to return once the parts were sourced, but requested full payment up front. I expressed discomfort paying for an incomplete job, especially while still waiting on the original water heater door. We agreed on a partial payment of $1,200/1,523.39 with the balance due once the job was finished.

After their departure, we discovered a leak in the same shower that had been worked on. This added a new issue to the list and raised concerns about the completeness of the repair.

As of 3/22/24, we are still waiting for:
-The replacement water heater door promised during the initial service
-Completion of the shower fixture installation
-Resolution of the new leak in the upstairs bathroom

While I appreciated the professionalism of the technicians and their willingness to communicate, the experience overall has been marked by unresolved issues, unclear timelines, and premature billing for work that remains incomplete. I am currently frustrated and disappointed.

I will need to continue pursuing resolution of these issues and I’m sharing this review for transparency and to help others make informed decisions.

Update 4/18/25:
Howard from the guardian team reached out after I posted this review and worked with me directly to see all matters to closure.

-The shower fixtures replacements was completed the following Monday and leak issues resolved
-The damaged panel took a while to order, but was replaced without issue, and Howard got me written confirmation from Navien, the manufacturer that the longevity of the unit and warranty would not be impacted by the damage
-The team generously waived our remaining balance of $323.39

I am satisfied and grateful for this resolution and outcome.
