Whitney was very knowledgeable regarding my water leak, found the issue within minutes and repaired the leak within an hour. I also had him look into some other plumbing issues possibly, and he once again was very knowledgeable and honest. I decided to go with him additional recommendations and he returned the next morning and repaired everything without any problems at all! I highly recommend Whitney!!!

Called Big B's because they had installed a new water softener. There was a piece of PVC that failed. After explaining what happened, they had Shaun come out the same day of the call. He discovered the problem immediately and went out of his way to dry off everything, cleaned the affected area and checked the regenerated soft water cycle to make sure problem was fixed. His attitude was so customer friendly and apologized sincerely for our inconvenience. The bottom line, everyone has issues owning a small business. The way to treat customers is why they come back. I would give this company an A+

Had a total replacement of the main sewer line. They maintained service to one bathroom almost the entire time. Did a pipe burst replacement so there was minimal floor damage. Completed the job in three days and did a very good clean up and repairs to floor. Price for professional work was reasonable.Very professional and well equipped for the job.

The night before Christmas Eve, my kitchen sink had a major clog. I did everything I could, but it quickly became clear this was way outside my skill set. The problem? I was hosting our huge Christmas Eve dinner, and family had already flown in from Texas. We were supposed to start cooking the next morning, and I was completely stressed.

We had a great experience with Big B’s. We needed the gas on/off rotated during our kitchen renovation. Ryan our technician noticed we also didn’t have the correct valve for our new range and was able to fix everything quickly. We love being a part of the Big Bs family, as owners of an older home that was not necessarily maintained by professionals, Big Bs has come to the rescue on many occasions. Always providing great service, with knowledgeable technicians who are always able to find a solution to our ongoing problems. Unbelievable! This gentleman went above and beyond. He got my debrief, looked at the issues, and dove in and got the job done… and quickly. Don’t be fooled by the young face. We just had a record breaking heatwave so you can imagine how concerning it was to find our AC not kicking on and our furnace fan not spinning at all. Big B's was easy to communicate with and had a technician out exactly when expected. Kenneth was fantastic, very professional, wonderful to work with and after making sure to properly diagnose the issue the error code on the furnace made the repairs to both to that unit and the mechanism on the condenser which caused the trip in the first place. Cold air is coming out and a stressful situation was made easy.
