Great same day service. Technician was on time, friendly, and professional. The cost of the service was so grossly overpriced that I declined to have all the repairs performed and instead opted just to have the bare minimum done to get the water back on. Too bad, because other than price I thought the rest of the company was great. I wouldn’t recommend them unless it’s an emergency.

We call Guardian Plumbers because our shower wasn't working, the handle to turn on the water was not turning and we tried fixing it ourselves but made it worse. So when Jaime De Lira, arrived he was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He explained what the issue was and what he was going to do to resolve it. I was very happy with his work and grateful. In the future if any plumbing issue arise I will be calling Guardian Plumbers.

George was great!! Very professional, assessed the plumbing problem and gave me a quote. Installed new kitchen faucet, garage sink w/ cabinet & repaired my leaking outdoor hose faucet all in the same day!!

Guardian plumbing was great! They were super responsive whenever I reached out. The installer, Donnie, was literally the BEST! He went above and beyond for us and did such great work!

This is a fantastic company that went above and beyond what any reasonable person could expect from them. They agreed to help me even though I'm quite a ways outside thier normal area of operation! Mr. Rios is what every professional company should look for in an employee. Intelligent, diligent, communicated well as to the necessary repair to fix my common wall water leak. Mr. Rios was able to complete the repairs the same day while I was away at work. I will definitely use Guardian Plumbing again should the need arise in the future and I'll be sure to recommend them to friends and family! Thanks guys you really came through on this repair!

I was asked by Guardian Plumbers to provide a review regarding a recent service call to check on a leak in the water line leading from the meter to the house. John and a helper came out, took a quick look and said they would be back in 10 minutes with written options and costs. They came back with 3 options- $4,000 to replace everything from the meter on, $3,400 for partial and $625 for just a spot repair to fix the leak. While very nice and professional I felt like they were two salesmen trying to make the biggest sale they could, not as two plumbers trying to help a homeowner with a problem. I paid them for the service call and used another company to make the repair. These other plumbers didn’t wear fancy shirts but also didn’t push to up-sell me on more expensive repairs than was really needed at the time.

Very impressed with the fast response and service on a Sunday. Woke up to a broken garbage disposal and water everywhere. First time using this company. Very pleased. Jimmy was very polite and professional and he got the job done. I hope I don’t have more issues in my home but if I do I will definitely contact Guardian plumbers.

We have used guardian plumbing for our home for many years and love this company.
Unfortunately we are in a rental right now and the owner is very cheap with repairs. He would not approve the estimate.
Donnie was gracious and understanding, even though I was very sorry for the owner wasting his time to come out here.
When we purchase our own home again we will always use guardian!

Preston was highly professional and had a great personality! Despite the many challenges he faced in repairing the leaky bathroom sink drain pipes in our tiny 60+ year old mobile home, he came through with flying colors! I would highly recommend him and his professionalism in the future!

Competitive bid. Very professional yet friendly. Technician was informative and even hauled away our old water heater.Angel went out of the way to explain everything and even reinstalled the heavy door to the garage ( it was too heavy for my husband to handle). Guardian Plumbers Murrieta was able to send someone out to our home the same day. We first called Guardian Plumbers Murrieta in 2017 to replace our water heater that started to leak over a holiday weekend, so when we had a leak at the valve behind our fridge we knew exactly who to call.

John is professional, personable and knowledgeable. We were presented with options to repair or replace; which is great as most places have only one solution to offer. John was able to answer the questions we had and waited to ensure everything worked properly with our new fridge and repair before he left. I highly recommend Guardian Plumbers Murrieta and John!

Excellent ! This is the 2nd time we have used them. We were so impressed the 1st time we kept their number. Jamie was amazing, professional, knowledgeable, great communication, punctual, A+ all the way around. 1st visit was for a leak a few years ago and this visit was to install a new kitchen sink, disposal and dishwasher. I highly recommend this company! Great office and field staff!!

Guardian Plumbers company exceeded my expectations. Pricing is very reasonable, other plumber companies quoted me way too much (doubled). Guardian has payment plan as well. George was an extreme professional and very knowledgeable with water heater. I am very pleased with his superb service. I would highly recommend Guardian Plumbers. When I made the call, the office staff was friendly, fast and responsive. They were able to make me a next day appointment. They sent Anthony and Jimmy to my residence and they both thoroughly explained what was wrong and what needed to be done to resolve my broken pipe and install a new shower. They gave me a fair and very reasonable price. The broken pipe and shower were both fixed and installed quickly and with top notch quality. My water heater stopped working on a Sunday. After calling a few places that guaranteed same day service only to be told they couldn’t get someone out until later in the week I stumbled onto Guardian Plumbers. I was booked for service the next day. I received several text messages and emails keeping me updated on when the technician would arrive, who the technician would be and what to expect overall. They quickly assessed my situation, provided a clear estimate and with my approval got started on my job. I was nervous expecting to be told it would be days before the heater could be replaced.
