First I wanna start by saying you guys rock!
They text to let you know that they are on the way, they showed up with professionalism ready to work. They introduced them selves put on shoe covers, we showed them what needed to be done. Donnie explained it in detail what he was gonna do and also what else could be wrong so we don’t have any surprises, They did the work and took their time to do the work right. I would recommend them 10 of 10. I also showed him some other things around the house that needed to be repaired and he gave me a quote with in a reasonable price range. “Called for a water heater replacement on a weekend and Donnie and Greg were able to come out early the next morning. They were highly communicative about what they were installing and even made multiple trips offsite to grab any additional needed parts. Asked them to check out our kitchen sink as well and they had shoe covers to not drag any dirt inside, which goes to show how respectful they are towards their clients.

After the job was finished, we noticed sputtering with our faucets and Donnie was quick to respond back and walk us through the solution, even following up to make sure everything worked correctly. Donnie and Greg were friendly and kind as they answered all our questions and gave tips on proper maintenance and usage for our new water heater.

Donnie was very clean very efficient and very fair with the price. He even sprayed the sidewalk make sure no pipes were leaking. We will be using him again.

Donnie was quick to respond when I reached out for help with unclogging 2 sinks & was able to schedule for the next day. He confirmed when he was on the way to my house. He and his staff member were courteous & professional while in my home. He unclogged 3 sinks, doing one beyond my request, but still just charged for two sinks.
