Spartan did stucco repair and painted our entire exterior. Excellent craftsmanship and excellent service from beginning to end. They even removed an old wall AC unit and it's like it was never there! We definitely intend to work with Spartan on our future home projects.

Really good work. Raul is one of the hardest working people I’ve seen. We demo’ed the entire bathroom and put in lots of custom tile and shower which came out brilliantly.

Great experience on my roof job. Everyone showed up on time and did great work. Very fair price for the level of materials and installation. 50-year warranty on the shingles. Leo did a great job explaining everything and checking up on the job. Will recommend to friends family.

By far the most incredible contractors I have ever had the pleasure of working with. We had two weeks… let that sink in… TWO weeks before we needed to move into our new house we bought and these guys (and ladies) were at the house working 8am to 7pm to get the brand new laminate wood floors installed, they built a kitchenette in my ADU and moved the washer and dryer from inside to outside and made electrical, moved gas hook ups, and built a small shed for the washer and dryer to go in AND it all looked great when they were done! 10/10 recommend and will continue to work with these guys when things need done around the house.

Spartan recently built me a beautiful fence, carport and patio area and I couldn't be happier. From the beginning, Tim was a great communicator and listened and worked with me to get everything I wanted for a reasonable price. He laid out all the options and gave helpful suggestions, and even saved me thousands of dollars when a surprise plumbing issue popped up. All of the guys who did the work were super efficient, friendly and professional, and I couldn't believe how fast they got things done. Everything looks really nice, I can't recommend them enough!

Great experience with these guys! Great communication. They almost always let us know when they were going to be there or when they wouldn't be (due to rain).. if I had any concerns they were right on it. Finished ahead of what was scheduled, and we're in love with the finished product.

I would like to extend my appreciation to George and Greg at Spartan Remodeling. Their service is TOP-NOTCH! I hired them to do my front and backyard. They always take their time to complete the job. Below pictures can speak for themselves. Their crew is very friendly and takes pride to their work. Greg stops by almost every day to check on progress and his team. He made sure we have communication and takes care of any issues to arise during and even after the project was completed. Impeccable craftsmanship! We initially hired Spartan Remodeling to completely renovate our front yard (pavers, turf, fencing, etc.). We were so happy with the work that Greg and his crew accomplished, that we added additional projects (master bath, retaining wall, pond refurbish, facia boards and more). We have never dealt with a company that was so eager to ensure that we were happy with every detail. We were treated like family and there was always great communication. Our dog and grandchildren love running in the new/safe front yard! We are very happy and will definitely be hiring Spartan for all future projects. Thank you Spartan!

A big thank you to Leo Favero of Spartan Remodeling. Leo guided my original ideas with suggestions that led to a much better outcome. Leo is a knowledgeable professional and I love my new backyard. The landscape crew worked as professionals and did a great job plus I appreciated the end of day clean ups. Job was completed in few days. In future if I need other work done I'll be calling Spartan first.

Wow! I’ve never been treated like this before! The owner is a racist! And it was clear to me that that’s at it was! I can’t believe how nasty a person could be as I was just trying to buy some ac material.

I don’t know why these guys have such a low rating. I’ve been a builder for 30 years and I needed a small sheet metal job done. My job was the kind of nuisance work that a company cannot make a profit from. But Robbie sketched up my project, quoted me a very reasonable price then had it done the following day. Seriously, I could not have had a better experience. Plenums + is a huge fabrication company with an impressive facility and a lot of people working on innumerable projects. They still treated me and my tiny job with a level of professionalism that is so rare today. 5 stars for Plenums +.
