We renovated our house with Spartan Remodeling! We remodeling our bathroom, kitchen and roof. They did an excellent job, they are very attentive and detailed. I recommend it to everyone looking for a reliable company with a fair price.

I recently used Spartan to paint the exterior of my home. I looked at different options before finally deciding on them. George was really helpful and understanding of my timeline on this project and he made the entire process very easy. Super professional young guys and really nicely done job.

I highly recommend Spartan Remodeling! George is a great listener, very attentive, responsive and took care of everything. We had our roof and patio replaced and turned a window into a french door. George’s subs were very professional and did excellent work. For the few hang-ups and questions encountered, a quick text to George was all it took to get things right back on track. In my opinion the ability to listen carefully to a client’s needs and communicate effectively are the keys to general contracting success and George hit it out of the park!

This company is fantastic. My kitchen flooded & they were wonderful to work with. They showed up for appoints on time, gave accurate estimates on work to be done, & completed work quickly with efficiency. They did what they said they were going to do with a beautiful outcome. My kitchen is great! Other contractors I interviewed skipped appts or left me sitting & waiting for them for hours for them to show up show up to discuss the renovation.
I highly recommend this contractor for honest assessments, quality of work, as well as, excellent customer service. I recommend them whenever asked by someone who renovated my kitchen. I would definitely use them again.

Of the times I've had contractors work on my house and all the Nightmares that are so common with that. It was a breath of fresh air when it came to Spartan. The owner Georgie was excellent when it came to always being there when we wanted him to be. Any questions or issues were addressed immediately. The workers in all aspects of a demo, replaster and painting of our home was done with professionalism and attentiveness to detail and work quality that was stellar. They went above and beyond to make the job painless and kept disruptions during work to a minimum. Georgie and all of the crews involved in the job from start to finish were professional, conscientious, polite and respectful all while giving us a superior finished product. I will refer Georgie and Spartan to any one needing their services.

Spartan painted my mom's house and did an amazing job. They carefully prepped the house and cleaned up afterwards. My mom was so impressed she hired them to replace her kitchen cabinets and sink. The workers showed up on time and did careful work, again cleaning up afterwards. My mom is lining up yet another project for them!

I hired Spartan Remodeling only for a roof removal. That work was completed, and I paid in full as agreed. However, after the job was done, the company attempted to push an unauthorized rebuild on me.
They:
Sent me an addendum for work I never agreed to.
Misused my digital signature without my consent on that addendum.
Attempted to withdraw $5,000 from my bank account without authorization.
Came to my home multiple times after I clearly stated I was not interested.
This behavior is unacceptable, unprofessional, and fraudulent. Homeowners should be extremely cautious before working with this company.

That statement is false. The contract was under Deborah Crook, not Terrence. I have documentation of the signed roof removal contract, proof of full payment, and evidence of your company’s repeated unannounced visits to my home attempting to pressure me into signing for a rebuild I never authorized. I also have records of the attempted unauthorized $5,000 withdrawal and the falsified addendum with my digital signature used without consent. Please stop denying involvement and address the fraudulent and harassing actions your company has taken. Additionally, you have show up to her property 4 times since the un-approved addendum.

I had to have a retaining wall installed on my property due soil erosion from the heavy rains we had this. I found a review on the Nextdoor App on work done by Spartan Remodeling. I was contacted by Lacie and eventually with Georgio & Greg. I told them what I wanted done and what my concern was. They walked me through what needed to be done and how much it will cost. Quality, craftsmanship, and professionalism is not cheap. I’m happy with my retaining wall and I can breathe a little better knowing that I’m protecting my asset—my home. The workers are dedicated and take pride in the work they do namely Santiago, Damian, Romero and Nacho. I have future projects and I will definitely be going with Spartan Remodeling because it’s not all about the money, they actually care about the homeowner and will go through lengths to get the job done.

The guys at Spartan are hard workers. Ethan was informative with the roofing details and Edwin and his crew put in quality work. I am pleased with the outcome. Thank you Spartans.
