Excellent knowledge and Customer Service .

We couldn't be happier with the service that we received from Defined A/V. Our company was preparing for an on-site meeting in a short time-frame, and they were able to come in, assess our needs, and get our large (and HEAVY) multi-media screen and soundbar mounted to a cart so we could have our online meetings without a hitch!

Not only were they quick to respond, they provided the missing documentation we needed to our hardware, they were also professional AND they got the job done fast. We will definitely be using them in the future when we have other A/V projects!

Mark and his team are very competent and knowledgeable, they solved all of my network and home theater needs. Mark went out of his way to find a solution for an issue with my security cameras that saved me money.

Extremely responsive with a can do attitude! Mark set it up and John executed setting my new tv up and safely wrapped the old tv up and put my other tv in my car for return. John ran out for extra things that I didn't have to set up the new tv. He also loaned me moving blankets to wrap the old tv in, and carried the tv down to my car! Not your typical job. I am very grateful for their expertise and help. Thanks guys!

I was happy to find this place. They mounted a television on the wall in my work studio. The team that did it was very professional and knowledgeable. They even gave me a great tip on quiet fan units to buy for cooling my computers. I would certainly feel confident to call them again for home theater installation.

Have had the Deferred Entertainment group design and install three whole house systems over the past 20 years. Always state of the art equipment and Peter is the best in the business at design and troubleshooting. A big investment deserves the best people go with Peter

First of all, these guys are great; they are knowledgeable, competent, and personable. I wanted a 75" TV mounted at eye-level over an existing fireplace. They explained that the installation would require lowering and hence reducing the size of my present fireplace and ducting the heat near the ceiling. The fascia would be stacked stone and the equipment would be hidden in the wall! Peter came to our house twice, the second time accompanied by Eric from Brookside Properties. Eric would perform the installation. Peter prepared a comprehensive estimate and, during his visit, Eric described changes that I never would have thought of. Consider this review as a shout-out to Peter and Eric and Defined A/V.
