The choice of TVs and their set up was perfect and appropriate for our needs.

Mark and his team provide great support and customer service. Their team is very knowledgeable and very professional. I have been working with them for several years. They replaced our complicated Crestron system with Control 4 and we absolutely love it. I have used Define A/V for about 23 years. Technology has changed over the years. I have relied on them for so many different services...internet, outdoor speaker and sound systems, multiple television set ups in the various rooms we have and also universal remote systems to make this all so easy for us to use. They are always quick and helpful when something needs upgrading. I continue to use them today and with new devices, music, entertainment, etc. They are my indoor and outdoor place to go.

Mark and his team are truly professionals who do fantastic, professional work with home audio. We wanted speakers installed throughout our home (3 zones) and the team who showed up did it all in 6 hours. They were cleaned as they went, covered all of our furniture in plastic and were very professional. I would highly recommend Defined A/V for any home audio needs and will be using them again in the future.

The gentlemen who installed the system were very helpful. They have all been very helpful and considerate during my time of confusion. Having experienced serious internet issues for quite some time, several friends suggested that we get in touch with Defined Entertainment Design. We had several preliminary conversations on the telephone to provide them with a general idea of our problems. They then designed a system to correct our internet issues. I had a problem with a piece of equipment that was installed 11 years ago by Defined Entertainment. When I called to explain this problem, both people I talked to couldn’t have been nicer. We set up a time for someone to come replace what was needed, and Mark, one of the owners, showed up to fix the problem. It was good to meet him and he couldn’t have been nicer…. Defined A/V made the process of upgrading my televisions and sound system and the addition of security cameras completely effortless. Their technicians were skilled, polite and adept at finding the best solutions for my home. Our house has many limitations for wiring -- no crawlspace, no attic -- and we are very particular about aesthetics on top of that --- and they handled everything in the most efficient and unobtrusive way possible. I could not recommend them more highly.
