Amazing customer service! Called ahead and asked a few questions. Adisson answered and when we arrived, he had what we needed waiting and was able to help us further! Will definitely come back for all projects moving forward.

I went in last Friday (2/10/23) to return a pair of unused Klein cable cutters (Pick Ticket ID 7197075) and the kid at the desk said the "system was down" and could not take my return. He took my phone number, email address and said he would process the return when the system came back online so I left the cable cutters with him. I went on the Main Electric Supply Co contact web page Monday (2/13/23) submitted my info and contact numbers hoping for a response. Nothing. I figure I am now out the cost of the cable cutters ($27.52) so I am now able to provide a review on every review page I can find to warn others of this places business practices. It's one thing to be lazy and but to be lazy and a liar then that really takes the cake. I recommend you do not do any business with these guys as their "system is down"...

Changed the estimate of the project several times. Didn’t provide services according to contract. The company wasn’t able to handle the project and wanted 100% of the contract money and had finished less than 50% of the work. Luka, the owner of the company, had the audacity to come to my home and give me a new bill to finish the entire project. He even told me himself to hire an attorney.
