James knows his business. He understands how a deck is built and how it integrates into a home and in our situation how it integrates with the covered room on the 3rd floor. We have had leaks from this deck and James was able to quickly identify the areas where the deck was not properly built in 2013 and is causing leakage. He offered solutions for remediation and the pathway to get there.

KDOC rebuilt my balcony with a ceiling under it. It has lights and a fan, looks great! They also built a pergola beside it. The work was professional, workers were on time and cleaned up daily. I am very happy with the results.

James the owner of KDOC is great. In our case he built a deck with 4 colors on the floor and two three different railing with light caps, stair lights and facia lights. While watching the work being done across my alley in my townhouse units. I was so impressed and pleased to see such hard professional work being done all the way to the finish. They just never stopped working. They never left trash or nails laying all over(like usual). They worked nine-ten hours and got their work done. I talked to the men a couple times. They we very respectful and Courteous. The kind of guys you want to wave to when you go by. I would 💯% recommend this company. I hope my unit is the next one they improve.

James and his team were great to work with. Very professional and communicated very well when any questions came up. Job site was cleaned daily and disturbances to people living in the house were minimal. Would gladly work with again on another project.
