Haven Hub did a good job on my backyard and patio. After nearly 40 years, it needed it. We didn’t anticipate the 6 inch thick concrete patio that had to jack hammered up beforehand. The pavers look amazing along with the additional pavers used as a border around the grass.
The workers did a terrific job with demo and installation. The only area of concern was the communication messaging from Sydney, the project manager.
Communication via text or phone about updates, changes or time lines was not there in the beginning, but improved greatly during the remainder of the project.

I have also hired Haven Hub. I would not do this again. I was lucky to have a co-contractor who did finish my yard. But at this point Haven Hub has not paid the balance to the co-contractor and in Idaho you can put a Lein on a home. I will have to pay them and go after Haven Hub. All the people that I had contact with no longer work there. They don’t answer their phone, emails, and have no contact at all. Donit hire Haven Hub they are a horrible company!!!!!!!!!

Haven hub in Arizona just completed my front yard remodel. We’ve lived in our house for 15 years so the front yard definitely needed an upgrade. I walked through my design ideas and wants with Brandon Brown the designer, who saw my vision the same way I did. He put together a 3-D rendering that was exactly what I wanted. The crew did an amazing job, cleaned up after themselves, even raked the rocks in the areas they did not remodel and performed everything in a timely and professional manner. Haven hub provided everything they said they would. Everything about the process was smooth and handled with professionalism and integrity. I would highly recommend using them.

I recently had turf installed at my property, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The entire process was smooth and stress-free, and a big part of that was thanks to Elena, the project manager. She was absolutely lovely to work with—always responsive, knowledgeable, and incredibly organized.

From the initial consultation to the final walk-through, Elena made sure everything ran on schedule and that all my questions were answered along the way. Her professionalism and friendly attitude made the experience genuinely enjoyable.

IF I COULD LEAVE NEGATIVE STARS, I WOULD!!! I truly regret hiring HavenHub for my backyard project. After a salesman came to our door, he designed our landscaping plan — retaining wall, stairs, shed pad, boulders, and sprinklers — and quoted $24,995. I paid in full around July 8, 2025, with a contract promising completion by July 28.

No one ever showed up until I contacted them. Since then, I’ve dealt with four project managers, endless delays, broken promises, and almost zero communication. One crew came but didn’t know what they were supposed to do and couldn’t reach anyone for direction. Another poured a footing, and then came back to threaten to break it up because “Havenhub didn’t pay them for their works done”. And another guy who helped that team came to warn us that he thinks they are doing it wrong.

Months later, my yard is still torn apart, and HavenHub continues to ignore me despite taking full payment and. I’ve had to involve a lawyer just to try to get a response. Terrible communication, unreliable crews, and no accountability. Be very careful before hiring this company.
Also, the only person who actually kept decent communication with us was the sales guy who sold it to us, but strangely enough he ended up getting kicked out of all company stuff and fired for no reason.
WE JUST WANT OUR MONEY BACK SO WE CAN QUICKLY HIRE A NEW COMPANY TO GET IT DONE BEFORE THE SNOW MELT AND RAIN CREATES LAND SLIDE!!!

This is all that’s been done after 3 months of it’s supposed “completion date”

I conducted a very large landscaping project for my backyard. After seeking and discussing several proposals, it was clear that the HavenHub proposal was the best selection for me. It was fairly priced, comprehensive, and presented the project proposal with sufficient detail to know I’d get what I wanted. Hats off to Dan who handled that element of the proposal. The Project Manager, Juan, couldn’t have been more professional and helpful; the crews he had were exceptionally talented, careful, and knowledgeable. Juan was available 24/7 when I needed anything, which was rare. The crews were frequently checking in with me on details to be sure I was satisfied. If I wasn’t satisfied, which was rare, the teams simply adjusted the work to my satisfaction. There was ZERO hassles on anything. I learned quickly that I could trust Juan and his staff and subcontractors completely. Along the way, Juan and Francisco (a primary subcontractor) made suggestions in light of the topography and the results I wanted. Francisco was on site nearly everyday and could explain the whys and hows of anything I wanted to know. His crews were just the best i could have hoped for. Juan was efficient in including all the puts and takes so I knew exactly at all times what I was paying for and what credits I would receive. As you can tell, I had a terrific experience and terrific result at at fair price. I can’t say enough good things about the results. We’ve all had home improvement projects go off the rails. Hiring HavenHub was an excellent decision!

With the challenges of building in a historically significant area requiring added sensitivity, the Innovative Craftsmanship team kept our project fully on track. Their professionalism and “can do” attitude, along with their exemplary and professional crew, made the building process seamless and we were able to move into our lovely home in a realistic time frame and with our visions fully and skillfully executed.

After 40 years in our house, we finally did a major remodeled. One of the most stressful parts of a remodel is that you’re worried about picking the right Contractor. Clark and his crew did a great job! They listened and address any concerns that we had. His attention to detail was uncompromising! The job was completed on schedule and no issues with the inspections from the city. We picked the right, Contractor!!

Clark Brooks owner of Innovative Craftsmanship did a major renovation for me. It involved removing the roof and replacing termite damaged support beams. The repair work was excellent. Clark's two supervisors, one for carpentry and one for electrical are great. They are knowledgeable and hands on keeping the work continuing and solving any problems which arose during the repair work. While the repair was going on, we added room lights, a couple ceiling fans and new electrical outlets. Clark knows the latest trends and best practices for construction. Our lights are smart lights, the attic now has solar roof vent fans, and we have a whole house fan with remote controls. We added a large patio and balcony combination. Clark was able to save installation costs through his knowledge of current construction details. We love our balcony. It has outside stereo speakers and is set-up for a natural gas fire pit. We also added security cameras and permanent "Christmas" lights around the roof perimeter. Clark has the necessary contacts allowing easy integration with the other work being done. About 2 months after the work was finished we had a minor problem with the soffit trim. Clark arranged for repairs quickly at no cost to me. It is nice to know Innovative Craftsmanship has ownership for the work they do.

Clark and his team did an incredible job remodeling our home. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were exactly what we were looking for—everything feels solid, thoughtful, and high-end. He was personally involved throughout the project and never cut corners. We’ve already recommended him to several friends and would gladly work with him again!

We hired OC best construction to repair the damages due to a water leak that we had in May 2020. Reza and Mehran started the job in a timely manner and accommodated all the limitation insurance was putting on us. We ended up renovating the whole master bathroom and kitchen and were very satisfied with the end results. The amount of effort and attention they put in their work really differentiates them from other contractors. They also come up with great ideas to get a better result from the renovations.
I believe they have a great price for the quality of work they do. Moreover, they did not ask for more money in the middle of the job and they did not increase scope of work unnecessarily.
Overall, we were very happy with their service and look forward to hiring them for our next project.

We hired OC Best to remodel our guest bathroom and we were very pleased with both the process and the result. It was truly a pleasure working with Reza and Ron and their crew. They were professional, timely, and true to their word. They were invested in quality workmanship and making sure that the end result was the best it could be-just like their name suggests. We never felt like they were just trying to get the job done to move on to the next contract. They always paid attention to details and were willing to answer questions or discuss the project.
