I reached out to Finest North Highlands Carpet Cleaning because I had three pieces of furniture I needed help with. Luke and Jesse arrived right on time for my 10 o’clock appointment. They took a look at the two rooms and two hallways, carefully set up corner guards to protect my walls, and started working right away. One of them vacuumed while the other sprayed a special pre-treatment on the carpet. The whole cleaning took about an hour. They even brought in strong fans that really helped speed up the drying, which I appreciated since it’s been so humid in North Highlands lately. I was worried the carpets would stay damp, but thanks to the fans and their cleaning process, the rugs dried much faster than I expected. After finishing, they put my three pieces of furniture back exactly where they belonged and used styrofoam under the wood legs to protect my carpet. I was really impressed with their teamwork and attention to detail. Excellent job!

Found them on google for bird protection for my solar. Very responsive, courteous and even found a cracked roof tile that they fixed for me. Even cleaned out gutters without even being asked to. I started having an issue with pigeons nesting under my solar panels and I saw Suns Solar Cleaning via Google with many good reviews. They came by same day, laid out what they would do step by step, and provided a quote later the same day. Came by within a few days and cleaned all the poop and nest and installed the pest abatemwnt within a few hours. They even showed a before pics with the nest, poop, birds, eggs and even the solar panels all cleaned up! Definitely will be recommending them to my neighbors and easily 5 star service!

They cleaned my solar panels, removed bird nests, and installed bird mesh. They even removed some old Xmas lights from the last home owner that I could not get to for no charge. Everyone was great. They treated my home as if it were their own. The pigeons have moved to a neighbors house and I will be recommending this company to them.

I highly recommend Sunssolar cleaning, this company is legit! they are responsive, affordable, courteous. Our roof was professionally cleaned and done. Roman also said in 6 months they will call you or check the roof again for any loose clips or anything that needs to be adjusted. They also have 5 year warranty. My solar panels are so clean now, I also dont need to worry about pigeons staying on our roof making mess with their droppings or nesting under our solar panels. The SunSolar team did a great job of cleaning our solar panels and installing protective barrier mesh around the panels to prevent pigeons from nesting beneath them and causing damage. Additionally they installed spikes on the pitch and perimeter areas of our 2 story roof to deter pigeons from landing. It’s been about 2 months and we haven’t seen a single pigeon!
