I feel like this is an accurate review of the BS we've had to put up with for the past year of this company. This is supposed to be the cleaning service for the building I work in and the cleaning person is terrible. We've complained well over 20 times about them not cleaning and being lazy and nothing has changed at all. Our customers are disgusted by our restrooms to the point that they would rather hold it and be uncomfortable than use the restroom. I've seen gas station bathrooms be cleaner than what we have right now. A clean place to use the restroom shouldn't be a hard ask. The current cleaning person for our building is terrible, they have sent us another cleaning person who did an incredible job and communicated with us in great detail about our restrooms, however the "new" (they've been here at least about a year) cleaner has done nothing but occasionally empty trashes and put an out of order sign on the door because they're too lazy to unclog a toilet; which my co-workers and I have had to unclog the toilets at least 8 times in total for very easy unclogs too! Especially when they're supposed to be here almost every day around 3 and I can personally say in the past 6 months I think I've seen them here maybe 4 times around 3pm, any other time they're here around 8-11ish and that's if they even show up! We have spoken to our building manager and the managers of this company and nothing is changing. So I will gladly take this review down when something is solved until then my statement stands as this company sucks. Who knew it would be this difficult to have a clean place to use the restroom.

All they do is sit around when they are doing my community and take two hour lunches suoer lazy and takes them two days to finish

I dealt with Kevin the owner on many occasions he is a very professional individual and has a very professional and honest business. His employees are very good people as well.

The owner Kevin and his workers deliberately turned the sprinkler on my wife and dog. I live in an apartment complex where he is contracted to work and the owner, Kevin Woody, and 2 of his workers saw my wife letting our dog go pee in the morning, when they looked directly at her, said something in another language, and turned the sprinklers on. She was wearing pajamas and a robe that could become transparent when wet. She ran though the water and said "a warning would have been nice" and they just laughed. She came up to our apartment and let me know what had happened so i went to go find out what the issue was. When i asked what the reason for this was, i got laughed at as well. At that point he started to argue with me and said that he didn't do that and I don't look like i should live here anyways and that SECTION 8 housing is down the street. When my wife overheard him denying it, she came down and showed him her wet robe to show what had actually happened. I have never met a more unprofessional "owner" of a company. He is condescending, a liar, and according to another resident that has lived here for years, has done similar things in the past to dogs. She also mentioned that over the past 8 years she has witnessed him treat his employees poorly. It appears that his short stature has somehow given him a sense of entitlement and a Napoleon complex. If you have animals or just appreciate common courtesy please look somewhere else. He is a terrible business owner and I am surprised that he is still in business with his attitude and disrespectful tone with others while wearing his company logo.

This guys yes come to the property only to blow everything under the bushes, irrigation guys yes come to spend all day inside the truck doing nothing this is the more unprofessional company I never see, but all the owners is getting tire from this company and next year everything is changing finally

I run a tree care company in Montana and bought a used piece of machinery from these guys. Am so impressed with the honesty and helpfulness of the owners and how they handled some issues I had with the machine. As a business owner in another state, I would have thought they would tell me to kick rocks given the problems I had, but Jeremiah helped me through everything that was going on and purchased new parts for me to make it right. To me this is a major testament to how these guys do business, it is hard to find honest and reliable strangers these days.

He did a really good job. I'm glad I hired him.

Good communication, reasonable price, and they did a good job trimming bushes and small tree.

They cleaned up my property and cut my grass. They even removed 3 old rose bushes for me. I plan to use them every two weeks for upkeep of my yard.

Gustavo Gomez the owner didnt show up. He asked if he could come the next day. He never showed up nor did he communicate with us the next day. Left a message and a text concerning him not showing up and I never got a response from him as to what the problem was. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate to leave people waiting on him all day.

In the beginning, Mr. Gomez was efficient. He did the bare minimum just cut the grass. Unfortunately, all of the sudden without communicating with me. He just didn’t show. I texted him multiple times. I call him. And then he says he doesn’t want to do my house because it’s too much work for too little money but we had an agreement. He used to only do the grass and not the bushes or anything. He left without notice basically left me hanging.

Great Service from this company and staff . Fast and efficient. They help me prepare my home to sell. I highly recommend Cleaned To Perfection.

Summer was outstanding. She went above and beyond what we asked her to do. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for someone to clean a home.

Incredible cleaning service. Summer did an outstanding job and takes such pride in her work. She even taught me a couple tricks of the cleaning trade. Wish I had used her services years ago. Worth every penny!!

After scheduling a cleaning two weeks in advance Summer (the owner) never showed up, would not answer phone or texts. She still has not returned my calls weeks later. This was for my daughter in law, who is a double amputee. Summer was aware of all of the details and the fact that she was planning a birthday party for that weekend. More than disappointing. I would give zero stars if possible. I will not recommend her services.

Cleaned to Perfection came to my rescue after three other cleaners canceled on me. With a newborn baby, I was really needing a good reliable house cleaner. When I called and spoke with Summer she was understanding and got me scheduled as soon as she could. They went above and beyond and cleaned our hard to reach, super dusty ceiling fans and was able to get rid of hard water stains on our refrigerator that I’ve tried cleaning mulitiple times. Our house looks beautiful!
