Very professional. Reasonable pricing. Very thorough. Roman explained the entire process and what to expect. Suns Solar cleaning did not disappoint. They were very prompt with providing a detailed report, including pictures before and after which actually came in handy because there was a cracked roof tile that was reported the same day by the homeowner but the pictures demonstrated that nothing was damaged before or after Suns solar cleaning did the work. Suns Solar offered to assist with the replacement of the tile even though they weren’t responsible. I would highly recommend them.

As someone who tracks every kilowatt, I can confirm these guys know what they're doing. Proper deionized water system, no scratching, thorough rinse process. My inverter data shows consistent improvement post-cleaning. Will definitely use them for regular maintenance.

I have been living in my new-build home in Roseville for roughly 4 years now. Since then, I haven't had my solar panels cleaned but that never really bothered me. My issue has been with pigeons living around and under my solar panels, directly above my home office. Since Covid, I've been working from home and I hear them up there daily. Aside from the annoying noises they make and the sounds of them scurrying around, I have been worried about what damage they may be causing. One day, as I was driving down Blue Oaks, I saw a sign that spoke directly to me! "Pigeon Problem? Solar Panel Bird Proofing & Cleaning". I figured, what the hell and gave them a call. Surprisingly, they sent someone out the same day to give me a free estimate. Roman, who did the initial inspection was not only on-time, courteous, professional, and friendly.. but he was also VERY informative, answering all of my questions and showing me photos of what my pigeon situation looked like and some of the jobs they have done for others. Later that evening I was sent a very reasonably priced quote for pigeon proofing which also included a solar panel cleaning. It was a no-brainer! I scheduled service for 2 days later and the rest is history. Roman came back out, on time, and both he and his partner spent nearly 3 hours tediously installing a strong rubber coated metal netting around my solar panels and also did the cleaning. After the work was done, I was sent a pdf report with before & after photos.. 16 in total. It's only been one day, but I feel confident in their work and haven't heard the pigeons come back. Even if they do show up for a brief time, I can rest easy knowing that they aren't making a nest in my solar panels or doing any damage. If only I had seen this sign a few years ago I could've saved myself a lot of mental grief wondering what those pigeons were doing up there all these years!

These guys cleaned my 18 solar panels yesterday and wow what a difference it made in just the first day. My energy production jumped up by about 20% immediately which is exactly what they said would happen and I can already see it on my monitoring app. They used some kind of rotating brush system that got all the dirt and grime off way better than when I tried to hose them down myself last year.

Contacted Suns Solar to get a quote for solar panel cleaning and spoke with Roman. He quoted me a very reasonable price and was able to schedule the cleaning to be performed two days later. They arrived on time (maybe even a few minutes early!) and were very professional. They got the panels so clean, they practically sparkle. They look fantastic. I highly recommend this company if you need your solar panels cleaned!! I will definitely be using them again!
