This was my first time visiting Davis Wholesale Electric, and I stopped in because I needed wiring for a DIY project. I wasn’t sure about the diameter I needed, so I wanted to see it in person before purchasing.

Unfortunately, the customer service was extremely disappointing. The employee working the front desk during my visit (an older gentleman with white hair and a white beard) told me to “look it up on my phone” when I asked a simple question. When I then asked if they had the wiring in stock so I could see it, he dismissively told me it was “all the way in the back of the store,” without offering any assistance.

I came in fully prepared to spend over $100, but the lack of basic customer service made me decide to take my business elsewhere. It’s frustrating when you’re ready to support a local business and are met with that kind of attitude.

I won’t be returning.

Lester was an excellent technician, he was professional, pleasant and on time. The installation was done in a timely manner and I will use Lester's company again. I was impressed with the overall experience.

We had an issue with the electrical line for our outdoor lighting. The electrician was extremely quick in making the appointment. Additionally, the installation of the electrical line was quick with no issues and fair pricing. Will definitely be hiring Supremo for future electrical issues.

Terrible experience through my home warranty company. The technician incorrectly diagnosed the issue and claimed there was no mechanical failure even though I explained that my unit was faulty and only working intermittently. They told me the unit needs to be replaced but then on their report claimed there was nothing wrong and no work was needed. They waisted my time, my money, and no fix was made.

My recent encounter with an electric service left a lasting impression. Not only was it highly dependable, but Lester and his team also demonstrated impressive expertise, going above and beyond to address all our electronic repair requirements.
