Renovating a home can be a hectic and stressful process. We ran in to a few electric issues with our new home, and thankfully Universal Electrician handled whatever issue that came up. They were very clean, responded to all our calls and solved all our electric issues in a timely manner. Their electricians were are very professional and pleasant. Thank you Universal electric for helping us make our new house a home!

We needed a mechanical vent installed in our attic. Hovic was very thorough and patient on the phone and through text. The electrician, Edgar, came out for an estimate and saw that the fan I’d bought had been tampered with. His catch and his honesty saved me a lot of future headaches.
Edgar did beautiful, clean, efficient work for a reasonable price. He was kind and personable, which was just an added bonus.
I will absolutely look to them for work in the future.

I had purchased the “used” light via Amazon but in the midst of it being sent we had found a brand new one in a lighting store for the same price. It was too late to cancel the order so once we received the light we NEVER opened the box. Of course, because we no longer needed it.

We returned it in the same box, unopened. Once received, U.E. refunded only half of my money stating THERE IS A 20% RESTOCKING FEE!!!!!! Even still 20% of $400 is not $158 (which is how much they claimed the stocking fee was). The restocking fee is not mentioned anywhere prior to making the purchase. I put in a claim with Amazon and U.E claimed the light was scratched once they received it and it could not be resold. LIARS!! And that’s what I responded with. If the light was scratched that’s how it was sent to me because again the box was never opened.

United Electric (the seller) not Amazon are complete scam artists. This is the first time I’ve had to do a negative review on an Amazon seller,. THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS. Luckily my bank refunded me all my money after I showed them the sellers response and the janky break down of the refund.

They probably don’t get that many sales which is why they had to steal. But we ordered from there in hopes of finding a good company considering we are putting up lights on our other properties. Hope it was worth it.

The worst place imaginable!!! I have never seen this. I came here determined to buy. Alas, impossible to get any advice. You are despised by the seller. You tell him I would like to buy recessed light, but not to make a mistake, then I buy one and if it does not work (color, voltage, technique) you return it, the answer is NO!
The salesmen despise you. Especially never go .

This particular establishment is the only electrical place I will shop at in the future. The owners work with you directly and are always willing to help you get very hard to get items and the prices are competitive. I recommend anyone who is currently looking for electrical parts or wire to talk to these guys they are great. I switched from my current whole seller to these guys. Also they have a very nice place compared to most of the other places I have been to. I have had problems before buying from whole sellers because they want licensing and wont sell to the public but they take the time to sell to everyone. A+++ Rating from me.
