Although my issue was not resolved, Matias was very helpful and gave us peace of mind that our electrical panel was fine and it is likely an issue that needed to be taken up with Edison.

My home warranty assigned this company. The person came and tried changing out a fuse. He almost electrocuted himself and claims he was not able to remove the fuse. Also claimed I would have to get a new box. Wrote a report to my warranty company. The claim was rejected and now home warranty company won't cover my box or any electrical issue. However, I hired outside the warranty company and the person was able to easily change out the fuse. To say I was disappointed with the service is an understatement.

Matias came by to check out our issue of lights flickering. Identified the issue quickly and will put together a quote. Also fixed a bad gfci outlet. He was also willing to remove his shoes in the house which was a nice touch.

Lester is amazing. He is responsive, professional and knows his business. We had circuitry problems after an install of patio covers. He isolated the problem, made the needed repairs quickly and efficiently. We always call Lester with anything electric because of this.

5 stars for Supremo Electric and Matias! He was professional and came on time to correctly diagnose the issue. The company ordered the correct replacement parts, and Matias returned to replace them, and they're working great! Matias is very good at what he does and would definitely utilize services if needed in the future.

Lester is professional, friendly, and super efficient. He diagnosed a ceiling fan issue within minutes and once he came back with a new one he installed it seamlessly within minutes. Definitely would recommend Supremo! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Called as part of home warranty issue...Matias can out and did the necessary repairs. He was prompt, on time, courteous, respectful, knowledgeable and quickly identified and performed the necessary repairs. He also made known a safety recall on our breaker panel, which I very much appreciated knowing about. Very, very much pleased with both Matias and Supremo!

Today 7/19/2024 supremo electric stopped by my house to replace my ceiling fan. The supremo electric employee was truly amazing. Very humble and kind guy. He knew what he was doing and answered most of my questions. Very knowledgeable guy and takes pride of his work. He did an amazing work replacing my fan. I truly trust this employee to do my future electric repairs. If I need any electrical repairs I would call supremo electric again for their outstanding service. Thank you so much!

I discovered Supremo Electric through my Home Warranty. My issue was not covered but the Technician (Matias) got me up and running and I was thankful for that. Matias was courteous, professional and competent. I requested a proposal for the work that needed to be done and contracted with Supremo to do the work. A week later Lester showed up and evaluated the job and went through the process with me. Lester took the time to educate me on my situation and explain the work that needed to be done. I wasn't thrilled about the costs but they were reasonable and comparable for what needed to be done. Lester worked to complete the job and tested everything to make sure all was working properly and demonstrated to me the difference from before and after (another opportunity to educate me). Lester also cleaned up after the work was completed. I jokingly told Lester that I hoped I would not see him again. I would not hesitate to call Supremo Electric again for any of my electrical concerns. Thank you Supremo Electric!

Lester and Supremo Electric team were very helpful in diagnosis my non-functional doorbell at my home and swiftly resolved the issue by replacing the broken transformer at a reasonable price. Arrived at the beginning of the projected service time window, which is major bonus points for those who struggle to be available for entire service window.

Lester was absolutely fantastic! My home warranty company sent him over on short notice when I reported a short circuit issue that had knocked out power to all of the lights in our bedroom and bathroom. He showed up promptly, was incredibly professional, and immediately got to work diagnosing the problem. Within minutes, he had pinpointed the issue and explained it to me in clear, simple terms. I was impressed by how knowledgeable and efficient he was — he made a potentially stressful situation feel totally manageable.

What really stood out was Lester’s attention to detail and his friendly, down-to-earth attitude. He made sure everything was working perfectly before he left and even offered a few helpful tips to prevent future issues. It’s rare to find someone who combines skill, speed, and customer service so seamlessly. I’m extremely grateful for the quick response and top-notch work. Lester and I worked out details needed to rewire/relocate controls for our overhead kitchen exhaust fan to be more convenient. Finished the job quickly; price was reasonable.

Lester was very professional with installing our ev charger. He went into the crawl space under the house from the back to the front, and it was super long, like 100 feet. I was impressed at how stable it is on the wall and all the inspections passed for the permit in our city. Great job!

Had a new entrance light and a Ring Floodlight Cam Plus. I will be calling them back for a future panel upgrade

They were very professional. They called me right after I submitted the job I needed done and they were always available to answer questions. I had a complicated job in an old apartment building, both the office and their electrician were very helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely use them again!
