I’ve had wonderful experiences with Go Pro Electric. Omer has gone above and beyond by helping me understand my electric panels better and giving advice before buying appliances. He’s found things that were wired and installed incorrectly and fixed them to code. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and professional. He respects my time and is very communicative. I’d highly recommend him to those seeking a company that does great work, respects their clients and have a friendly owner and employees.

Just around the holidays, an entire section of the house was suddenly without power. It was a Saturday and I was not looking forward to a cold weekend. I researched electricians in the area and came across Go Pro Electric and their excellent reputation. After submitting a brief online form, I received a response to my inquiry within minutes. Omer M. was at my house in less than an hour and took care of a defective breaker and a GFI outdoor outlet swiftly and with expertise. Definitely recommend this business for your electric needs and wants.

GoPro Electric is provided a professional service to install my Tesla car charger in my garage. Omer arrived promptly and provided a very fair estimate and went over the details with me before he started the job. He was careful on checking everything prior to start which is greatly appreciated. He was responsible and left the area clean when finished. Very Happy with his work ethic and definitely will use their service again! 😊

Frustrating Experience: Unprofessional Solar Panel Company

I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment with GREEN SOLAR ENERGY/GREEN HOME SYSTEMS , a solar panel company that I regretfully invested $21,000 in seven years ago. My experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare, characterized by unprofessionalism and a complete lack of customer service.

First and foremost, one of the most glaring issues with GREEN SOLAR ENERGY/GREEN HOME SYSTEMS is their inability to answer the phone. I have lost count of the number of times I've called their customer service line, only to be met with an endless stream of voicemails or a frustratingly long wait on hold. It's baffling how a company that deals with such significant investments fails to prioritize basic communication with their customers. It's not just a one-time occurrence; this has been an ongoing problem throughout the entirety of my seven-year relationship with them.

Furthermore, their unprofessional conduct is evident in their overall customer service approach. Whenever I did manage to get through to a representative, their attitude was dismissive and apathetic, leaving me feeling unheard and undervalued as a customer. They displayed a lack of expertise and were unable to address my concerns adequately. It's disheartening to invest such a substantial amount of money and receive such subpar treatment.

In terms of the solar panel system itself, it has been far from reliable. Despite promises of exceptional performance and significant energy savings, the panels have failed to live up to expectations. Frequent malfunctions and issues have plagued the system, requiring numerous service calls and frustrating delays in getting problems resolved. The overall lack of quality and durability in the product is simply unacceptable given the substantial investment made.

To sum it up, my experience with GREEN SOLAR ENERGY/GREEN HOME SYSTEMS has been a costly mistake. From their consistent failure to answer phone calls to their unprofessional and dismissive customer service, this company has shown a complete disregard for their customers. Coupled with the subpar performance of the solar panel system itself, it is evident that their promises were nothing more than empty marketing claims. I strongly advise against choosing GREEN SOLAR ENERGY/GREEN HOME SYSTEMS for your solar panel needs, as their unprofessionalism and lack of reliability have resulted in an incredibly frustrating and unsatisfactory experience.

Before going with Green Solar Technologies, I checked out a few other companies and did my homework about leasing vs purchasing so I understood what I was getting into.

The sales person, Johnny was up front and able to answer all my questions. It wasn't a hard sell since I knew what I wanted and they were able to provide it. I am fortunate to have plenty of south-facing roof space so I was able to get a rather large (10kw) system.

Installation was smooth which impressed me They showed up on time, were very organized and clean and paid a lot of attention to safety.

The whole process was smooth and I was kept informed the entire way through. Thanks Johnny and everyone at Green Solar Technologies.

I don't have anything negative to say.
1) the whole experience was made easy
2) everyone I worked with was very professional and they wanted to please me at every step
3) the end product was beyond my expectations
4) the installation team was polite and hard working. We had bad weather, didn't matter, they worked in it and into the dark.

Green Star Technologies has been awesome. My solar panels have reduced my electric bill bu more than half. The installation was professional and fast. No pressure sales. The staff is always available if I should need assistance. I highly recommend Green Solar for your solar needs.

We joined Green Solar at the first of the year to have dolor panels installed at our house. During the time frame we did have several questions & were always answered quickly! They have gone out of their way to help us understand all the process!

Update 2023: still waiting for them!!
My solar system started failing more than two weeks ago. I asked for assistance and got an email asking me to follow some steps. I answered and told them that it was not working, but no answer. I have written several emails but no answer. I have called them, but it is not my department or my case.
These are the best days for production, but I am missing them because they are not able to help their customers. They got the money and they forget about you.

Think twice before taking any decisions!

I had my 6 kW system installed in 2017. In 2021 I had a problem with an optimizer In the system. They diagnosed the problem remotely and sent a new optimizer in the mail. I was scheduled for a generator install through green solar technology And the optimizer was installed by the people who installed the generator. My system was working fine until May of this year 2022. The system shut down and said unsafe DC voltage every time it tried to restart. I called Green Solar Technologies to let them know and they said they would get somebody out to look at my system. It is now September of 2022 And a technician has not come out to look at my system. Ro Aiello, the customer service manager, did call and leave a message that they were trying to get somebody to find the time in their schedule to come out and look at my system. To this point, Sept 9th 2022 no one has come to diagnose my system and no power has been generated since May. I am loosing
my patience.
It is now March of 2023 I have not been able to contact customer service since last fall. I paid a local solar company to look at my system and he needed some information from Green Solar Tec. He contacted them to send him the info he needed to work on my system and did not receive the information requested. I am stuck not being able to get this very expensive power system back up and running. DO NOT BUY YOUR SOLAR POWER SYSTEM FROM GREEN SOLAR TEC.
It is now May 2023 It has been one year since my system has made any power. Green Solar Technologies customer service department has completely disappeared. When I contact the sales office they are calling themselves Green Solar Home now and say they will have to do some research to see if I am one of their customers and that they will get back to me. No one has contacted me about what they have found in their research. I would be a fool if I thought there was any research done. I owen a trucking company and I am in the Los Angeles area often. They will soon have a large truck parked on the street in front of their office while I make a delivery of my disapproval of their customer service. Please let me know if anyone else would like to join me.

After purchasing an install. They have never inquired about the function of the equipment never sent a tech out. The installers didn't seal the roof penetrations. Best of all I am spending $350 a month on panels and have yet to even save .50 cents on my monthly electric bill. I think solar is a hoax.

I started looking into Solar back in May, I was contacted by Green Solar and I received a quote for my house. I got another quote from a local dealer then after further research I decided on Green Solar, I was very satisfied with Robbie and Josh, after I approved the design about a week later the equipment was shipped and the installers did a great job with the installation, the entire crew was very polite and completed the installation in 2 days. I am very satisfied with the entire process and highly recommend Green Solar. John Varner

Dennis was very helpful and worked to resolve the equipment issues we experienced at start up, He called to make sure all issues were fixed, including a three way call with the installer. The installation took longer than necessary because incorrect inverter was not replaced timely. Once the proper equipment was received the install went smoothly

After shopping around, I decided to go with Green solar as they had the best price and positive reviews. They all acted professional and did top quality work. There was a period of a few weeks which I didn't hear from them and had to call to ask "what's up?". But I was given a status and you just have to wait your turn. Permits and SCE seemed to take too long and added delays in the process.
Make sure to read on solar power before getting a system. An informed buyer will save thousands.
Overall, I would recommend green solar.
