I believe the test of a good contractor is if there is a problem how quickly they respond. After having some work done on my air conditioner the air still was not quite cool enough. I called Kevin and he had a technician to my house within a half an hour. I am now quite chilly and loving it. Zephyr air is top notch; don't hesitate to use them.

I had a completely new HVAC system installed in my 90 year old home. The house was originally built without a central HVAC system. Kevin and the Zephyr team were able to design a custom split and heat pump system from Daikin to fit within the limited spaces of our attic and plenums. The system works like a charm.

On August 23, 2025, we had an issue with our mini-split system. Ernie the repairman arrived on time. He was a consummate professional from the moment he arrived. He cleaned the system, diagnosed the problem and repaired the unit in a timely fashion.
