Zephyr has gone above and beyond whenever I’ve needed them to repair or replace anything. And I’ve hired them to work on two very different properties. Their technicians (Jesse!) are always prompt and very understanding. No matter how large or small the issue, I feel they make an extra effort to do a thorough job, and then some. Highly recommend!

We were having trouble with our heater. It would blow cold air and not heat despite being on for 30 minutes. It was more trouble on than off. We were referred to Zephyr, who sent a tech the next day. They diagnosed the problem as a faulty gas valve. They replaced the component the following day since they had to order the parts. Very knowledgeable and fast response/service. Our heat now works well.

Kevin and his employees were very professional throughout this whole experience. We got various estimates, and Kevin gave us the very best deal. The installers were knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We love our new AC units.

I have to share my recent experience with Zephyr Heating & Air. I reached out to them because our air conditioning unit was not working properly, and it was during a brutal August heatwave. I was very grateful for the prompt response and attention to detail that we received from this company.

I'd like to mention that Kevin, the owner, was extremely knowledgeable and sent over a team of technicians who were able to diagnose the problem with our old unit quickly. After discussing our options, we decided to install a new unit, which Kevin sourced and his team installed on short notice - during a holiday weekend, no less!

We hired Zephyr to install a full new HVAC system at home last June 2025. We had an old HVAC that dated back to 1966 when the home was built and even though the old HVAC still worked, it was time to let it retire. Now that the summer heat has arrived, I am very pleased to report that we are very happy with the outcome of our decision to hire Zephyr and new HVAC system we purchased based on Zephyr’s expertise.

Zephyr stood out from the beginning after receiving quite a few quotes from various other companies. We decided to hire Zephyr because the quote we received was surprisingly fair and felt comfortable with the proposal we received. The installation process was very professional from start to finish, a lot quicker than expected, and about as painless as can be. The staff at Zephyr makes this possible because they are professional, respectful, transparent, and most importantly responsive. Regarding the new HVAC system we purchased, we are very pleased with the Lennox system we purchased. The Lennox system is powerful, which really makes a difference when it comes to meeting our cooling needs especially during these hot summer months. These units are also quiet which is a big plus.

York heater stopped working. Blower motor failed a year past warranty, Kevin sent Jesse out who was very professional and did a great job quickly and cleanly making the replacement and testing to ensure everything was working properly. Cost was reasonable. I will be using this these guys for every HVAC issue I have.

Zephyr Heating & Air has been such a trusted partner of ours since COVID! We contract with them for preventative service for our school campuses which are very different but have older systems. The prevention helps keep our replacement costs to a minimum. Dan is our rep and he also gets called out for emergency repairs and the facilities staff love his responsiveness and quick turnaround. I think that is what sets them apart from others. Totally recommend Zephyr!

This is the second time…. Once for my Mom and once for my family that we have used Zephyr Heating & Air to install a complete HIVAC system. Kevin is very knowledgeable, trustworthy, and reliable. I have recently found about half of HVAC and Plummers etc. are out and out theives. While Zephyr cleaned my furnace coil and more, the previous guy quoted me almost 10x as much for the same service. Fair price and excellent sevice! Had another company demand almost 500 dollars for an igniter, that you can buy on amazon for 27 dollars and install yourelf with 2 screws in under 3 minutes. Zephyr guys are good and fair, would use them every time!!! Thanks, sorry forgot my service guys name but a super nice dude!

Great service for fixing furnaces. The expert quickly figured out what was wrong and quickly fixed it. They also checked the whole system to make sure it worked right. Great service all around.
