Tyler was at our house all day replacing the coil in our air-conditioning system. It was a long and difficult job, but he stayed on it all day long and was available to answer any questions I asked. He was knowledgeable and friendly. I would hire him and the company again. The air condition works and It's finally cool in our house!

US1 fixed my furnace when it quit this week. Called them Monday morning, they had a guy out by early afternoon. Tech (I think his name was Tyler) showed up on time, figured out the bad igniter pretty quick, had the part on the truck, and got it running again in under an hour.

The appointment was scheduled days in advance but the technician showed up without the part needed for the repair. He said he’d return the next morning but never came back. I called the office several times and got no update. In the end I had to start over with a new company. Completely unprofessional and unreliable company.

The technician arrived promptly and tackled the issue with impressive efficiency. My A/C now runs smoothly, and the house feels more comfortable than ever.
