AirBest has been great from start to finish. This was our first interaction, but they'll definitely be our HVAC company of choice, going forward. Recommended by our electrician. Front desk was prompt, responsive and professional. They got a technician out to the house asap (within 2 days in the heart of Summer)...who was on-time, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Miguel had our problem diagnosed, parts replaced, and our system back up and running within 2 hours. He even gave me his direct phone # for any necessary follow up. Five stars all around for this vendor!

I called this morning and was able to get a technician to arrive within 4 hours to assess and repair a non-functioning A/C unit. Miguel was nothing less than fantastic! He put on booties before entering the house and followed social distance guidelines. He was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, efficient, proactive and very pleasant. Can’t say enough good things about him! Repair cost was also reasonable. Will definitely use them again when needed!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! STAY FAR FAR AWAY! They are extremely unprofessional, do terrible work, and STEAL.

They installed our HVAC in our new construction house. It leaked. They said it was dried out. Months later, their tech came to do routine required maintenance. Then the system then LEAKED AGAIN. We were told it was due to problems with the installation. They said everything was fixed. Water damaged areas were supposedly remediated. Inside of the attic crawl space, inside our walls and the back of our closet built-ins (below the leak from the system) grew TONS OF BLACK MOLD. We paid tens of thousands to fix this.

Our family has had many expensive medical bills to test for and treat our ongoing medical issues from the mold exposure.

For MONTHS AND MONTHS we asked the company about installing filters in our system.

They took our deposit for very expensive filters.

We had NUMEROUS appointments to install the filters where they NO SHOWED. I have called them SO MANY TIMES to ask to reschedule. Finally I gave up and asked for my deposit to be returned. They acknowledged several times that they will return the deposit. I have called, texted and emailed DOZENS of times and they have still not returned the deposit.

A new employee told me that they don’t have the money to return my deposit. They offered to give us free services to cover the deposit. I said they already no showed so many appointments that I’d rather save my time and have my money returned. They said they don’t know when they can pay it.

Months later, I still haven’t received my deposit back despite many many more requests. I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau.

STAY AWAY!!!!

I think this place may be permanently closed. I’ve left several voice mail messages, emails, and no response whatsoever. They did some work a few years ago, and sold me a maintenance package that was never really used.

After much research, I decided to try ductless heating and A/C for my home, and I'm thrilled with the results. The installation was done smoothly, taking just over an hour, and the team was incredibly professional. Now, my home feels comfortable year-round, and the energy efficiency has noticeably improved. Highly recommended for anyone considering an upgrade!

Eric and his team came to my mobile home and installed a wall mounted unit that cools my house in the summer and will heat it in the winter

I don't know how good or bad this guy is regarding heating and air; what I do know is he sped down my residential side street and then failed to stop at the stop sign. His driving habits suggest to me that he might not be a very thoughtful person. He drives a large black truck with a lift kit, and his name on the tailgate in gold lettering.

Called them up less than 2 hours ago with an AC that wouldn't do anything at all. Being a hot Friday afternoon, I was expecting a long wait and a huge bill. Here I sit with cold air blowing in under two hours, and way less $ than I would have expected. Fast and honest, will be my go to company for all things HVAC in the future.

Prompt and friendly service. Our air died during a heat wave. Eric was able to get us back up and running less than 24 hours after I called. My household is very grateful!

We have an old airconditioner/heating unit on the roof. Some cracked caulking caused a leak in our roof. Eric sent a professional with 40 years experience. He fixed the unit and the leak. Thank goodness because no roofers were available at this time of the year. They're all busy repairing storm damaged roofs. We appreciate the fast, efficient and professional service.

Problem Solved on Sunday!
Eric installed A/C and heating in my older home years ago. I have not had one bit of problem. But after a series of extremely hot days, I called Eric to come out and he had to only replace a part. Yes, he came on a Sunday! Years ago the original installation was reasonably priced, this time I was charged much less than expected for two people to come out and make this repair on a Sunday. Love it! Wish Shedlock Heating and Air could make every repair in my house!

They didn’t provide any warranty details, feels like a risky and unreliable service.

One man operation that does not pay their subcontractors and then won't answer the phone or emails

Very personalized service by actual people. Rene and Nelson answer the phone. They had good prices, could do everything themselves, and back up their work!

Previously contacted another company. Was told I needed a new HVAC unit for 35000.00. I was horrified! Reached out to Airmedics. First of all Renee arrived on our agreed time. He was professional and knowledgeable. He assessed my HVAC and noticed the prior technician turned off the gas. He also saw the automatic switch was not working properly. He adjusted the switch and just like that. Everything was working like new. He serviced the heat and also the air conditioner insuring everything was in proper working condition. He also replaced the thermostat as it was several years old. He told me with regular maintenance this current unit would last approx 10 more years. Moving forward if any issues, I will only use Airmedics. Thank you again for Renee.

If my family and friends could give a 10 Star..WE WOULD!. Mr. Clifford and his staff were responsive, punctual and HONEST. We even signed up for their maintenance plan. I own a business and a residence and we are using him for both. They came out on a Holiday weekend /Sunday and got our AC unit back and running. And the price was very reasonable.

The absolute best! Very professional and a pleasure to work with. Admin was patient with all of my questions and more than willing to answer all concerns. My technician Cliff was just as great! Very knowledgeable and efficient. You won’t go wrong here, my A/C unit is running as if it were brand new!
