Our air went out during the hottest week of the year. We caught him just as he was finishing a small job and he came right over and had us up and running in 2 hours!

Our furnace went out during a cold snap. We decided to call him because he was local and had decent reviews. They did show up the next day and spent about 15/20 minutes looking at it. Granted it was not a typical repair as the furnace in our home is located in the attic.

Said the inducer motor was bad and he would have to try to find one. He got back with us a couple of days later and said the part was no longer available and it could not be repaired.
Charged $120 for a service call and told us to call Reliant Mechanical.

We ended up calling another company who came out, went through everything, found the part and once received, they had it up and running in 15 minutes.

This is my first time using this company. What a delight to finally find a company that is knowledgeable, prompt, pleasant, and does not try to up-sell their services as well as being very reasonable. Pam the owner couldn't have been more helpful as well as her serviceman Craig. I have already passed on this company's name to several of my friends.

Very dishonest people and unprofessional service.
In October 2014, during roofing maintenance project, this company was called by our HOA to remove and reinstall all IC units on the roof of our building. Very simple operation, just unplug and remove each unit then re-plug and reinstall after roofing is done. However, they felt. They connected my unit wrongly, making the condenser working bypassing the thermostat. So the heater in my unit was always on. I called Phil right away and he sent a technician to check the problem. Technician did not find anything wrong. I called again, but with the same result. My electrical bills raised 3 times because the heater was working non-stop all this time (without blowing the air). Finally, I had to call another Air Conditioner company to come and check the issue. They came and found out right away that electrical wiring was made wrong, and they fixed that in 5 min. Anyway, to make this story short, I contacted Thermal Comfort Systems many times including emails and calls to Phil and Pam. Last time I talked to Phil about 2 weeks ago, and every time he said: “I’ll call you back” Well he never did. So, If you don’t want over pay $800 for your electrical bill and you don’t like to receive empty promises form management, DO NOT DEAL with this people and look for somebody honest and professional.

Put in our new air conditioner without a hitch. The system works quietly and cools every room evenly.
