The gentleman who came out and worked on our heater was very professional and got the work done in a timely manner.

Excellent experience to get a quote (we have not started work yet). Jason met with us and we were very impressed with his knowledge of how to calculate what heater we need, based on room sizes. He took the time to measure, check and patiently answer questions, with no pressure to make a decision. He offered to answer our questions, even if we didn't choose their company in the end. We have just signed a contract, and they are scheduled to start installation of a new heater in 4 days.

I don't submit a lot of reviews, but need to here. After other companies I called a few years ago did not solve my issues arising from a Trane installation three years ago (installer moved out of state) and that has plagued me for the last few years, I have had three different guys (Tai, Ethan working together on the furnace last winter, and Tyler on the AC recently) from So Cal Climate Control on different issues with my heater and my air conditioner over the last year. Every person who came out to my house from SoCal was great, and they stayed with the issue until they solved it, and charged a fair price for their good work, and I now have a system that works. I found them all knowledgeable, diligent, determined, honest, and effective, and it seems to me they care very much about their company and their reputation. I also found the folks who coordinate the scheduling and communication (Robert), the billing, etc., are also great. This is a solid company I would recommend to anyone.

Not a great company that makes excuses to the customer every step of the way. Seller made repairs using this company and would not come out to fix the issue when we had no AC for 2 and half days in a heat wave saying they were too busy. Another company came out from our home warranty and plugged in the grounding wire and it immediately turned on our AC. They simply forgot to rewire it properly when they repaired it. I asked for a small amount of reimbursement and one of their managers freaked out over the phone. I handled it a different way but emailed them to show them the problem and never heard back. Very odd experience and would not use them again.

SoCal Climate Control Heating & Air Conditioning replaced my attic air ducts in 2020 and did an excellent job coordinated with asbestos abatement in our older home. When the Palisades fire forced a decision on replacement of our furnace and air ducts, we turned back to So Cal Climate Control. Dave Parks visited out home and examined our situation carefully then made recommendations on new furnaces that would work. Each option was reviewed and we were actively included in the final selections for consideration. Dave is very knowledgeable and does not talk down rather explains clearly the pros and cons of different vendors and models. We had specific concerns because our older furnace was in a first floor furnace closet which drew air for combustion from vents to the attic and crawl space. We wanted to move to a high efficiency furnace with a HEPA filter which would draw from air from a roof vent to avoid sending ash from the attic and crawl space (abated but not free of future concern) through the house. We ultimately decided on moving the furnace to the attic and had two solid options presented. We plan to proceed after our home is remediated.
Dave was patient and positive. He spent an hour with us and we are moving forwards.

Have called three times to get a call back concerning the AC unit not operating. Would not have been so persistent however SoCal Climate Control was the company that installed this unit less than 3 years ago and wanted them to work on the unit. Each time I called, was told that someone from the company would contact me. Would have just called another company to have them do the work but this should be covered under their warranty. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service.
UPDATE: After speaking with SoCal Climate Control about this subject and coming to an understanding from both sides on how better to communicate between company and customer and a short lesson on what to do in the future if my issue arises again which in this case fixed the issue and no service call is required, I have revised my rating

SoCal Control Heating & Air Condition provides a very through assessment of your air conditioner/heating system. I was impressed with the the service man! He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The evaluation of my unit was easy to understand as he took photos of the unit. Viewing the photos and based on his assessment and explanation I know what my options are. My air conditioner was not working so he did what was needed to provide respite from the heat..

Really good experience they called a couple times to confirm the appointment was on time. Pleasant tech gave me some recommendations. With a lot of sketchy HVAC companies in the area really glad to be doing business with Lowe's and their trusted partner.

Ryan was my service technician and he was professional, friendly; very knowledgeable. He explained what he thought was the problem, after testing the unit, he was correct in his assessment
I would definitely use SoCal Climate Control as my service provider for my
air conditioning service needs.
Also, I initially spoke with Courtney, she scheduled my appointment, and she was professional and very pleasant.

Unlike other companies we called they showed up when they said. Very knowledgeable and friendly. They gave us advice on how to repair our 30 yr old heater but we opted for a new one. Made in America and their pricing was better than others. They did more than required when installing. Above and beyond!

I got several estimates prior to moving forward with SoCal Climate Control for my mini-split install. I feel very confident they were the best choice. I was looking for competitive cost on a quality install and they delivered. Their sales approach and customer relations was impeccable, as was the professionalism of the install. I like waiting several months to review large ticket items such as this and I can tell you this system does not disappoint. Both quiet and efficient, the splits bath you in soft coolness in the summer and in warm convection heat in the winter. Very happy with to do business with SoCal Climate Control.

Dell was my technician, he was very thorough and did a great job.

Called for an annual HVAC inspection at the office. They came out within a few days. Jim explained things and was very personable, yet incredibly professional. We used them last year and will continue to use them in the future. I highly recommend this company and especially their employee Jim, he was great!!

SoCal Climate was fantastic from start to finish. Everyone I dealt with was super friendly and professional, and Suzy was absolutely awesome! They came out quickly, did a great job, and were very considerate of my home—cleaned up thoroughly after the work too, which I really appreciated.

We had a small issue after the install, but they came right back out without any hassle and fixed it immediately. The system is now working incredibly well.

I couldn’t be happier with the service and support. I’m a customer for life!

After being a general contractor for over 30 years, l've worked with dozens of A/C & Heating companies. These guys were on a whole other level and I couldn't be more happy with the techs that were sent out as well as the office support/customer service. I hired them to install 4 new units for my rental property and couldn't be more happy with the results. Mike, the owner, has done an amazing job creating an "A Team" in the A/C industry! True professionals

Jeff, who came to give us an estimate thru Lowe's, was great! He gave us a much more economically solution to cooling my son's room.

Today, we had John and Alex come to install the intake vent in my son's room and to get our home A/C HVAC updated...they were the best! Not only did they come over with smiles, but they cleaned up after (barely left any signs they were even working) and they brought & wore shoe coverings!!! We were very impressed with the excellent service and are also happy that John changed the main house filters as well.

Aris and Joseph were a delight to have around, they worked efficiently and quickly and maintained a warm friendliness. I had complete confidence in their skills and abilities. Aris explained everything they were doing and answered all of my questions intelligently and so that I understood.

The mini splits are working like a charm, and so quiet! Both the inside units and the outside condenser.

SoCal Climate Control is a family business, not just the owners and management, but also the family of service technicians who have worked for them for many years. We even felt like family during the extended period of the permit, duct revisions, installation and inspection process. Throughout this HVAC (heat pump) project I enjoyed conversations with Susie, who always responded promptly and made sure every step of the project moved along expeditiously. SoCal Climate Control expedited our HVAC project to make sure it was completed and inspected before the arrival of our out-of-town family for the winter holiday. Mike was accommodating and responsive when unexpected issues arose.

From when we first solicited bids for HVAC work, SoCal Climate Control gained our trust. Jason was analytical about why our system was not functioning efficiently before our old Rheem unit was replaced. He designed a duct work return revision that amazingly improved the efficiency and quietness in the new system and was patient in explaining the major advantages and disadvantages of various brands and models. Every technician who came out was polite, friendly and patient when problems arose.

I contacted SoCal Climate Control for a second opinion when my regular HVAC person told me I needed to replace my heating system. David inspected my system and identified that I do not need a heater now and there was a waterline that was incorrectly installed.
He showed us photos of what he saw and his recommendations were reasonable.
I will follow up with SCCC to get the waterline repaired and do my future maintenance.
