I would avoid using Arsenal. They were sent by our home warranty company to fix a couple of faucets. In one sink, there was a leak the very next day under the sink. And the faucet they replaced was wiggling and moving around on the counter within a week. The other sink they worked on also leaked through the cabinet not long after they “fixed” it. I’d find someone else.

Bulat is a great hardworking person, had a hard time with the job but did not give up and fix my plumbing issue. Arsenal you are lucky to have Bulat. Thanks for your hard-work.

Arsenal plumbing was sent to replace a failed regulator covered under a Fidelity National Home warranty. Plumber said they would have to reroute the piping prior to regulator replacement, which would be about $500, then the regulator could be replaced under warranty. I had another plumber replace the regulator without rerouting the piping since the regulator bonnet can be unthreaded, body of the valve installed, then reinstall the bonnet. Unfortunately, Arsenal Plumbing A) Does not know their craft, or B) was suggesting work that is not needed to make extra money (scam). AVOID ARSENAL PLUMBING AND HIRE A REPUTABLE PLUMBER. Make sure you request another plumbing company if Fidelity National Home Warranty wants to use them. See before/after pics.

Had Michael B. from Arsenal come out to do a tune up on my water heater. He answered my many questions very patiently and taught me tips & tricks about how to keep my water heater from getting overused - stuff I never knew. He was kind and respectful and you can tell he's an expert at what he does.

Nothing but exceptional service from Bulat! Our faucet was on its way out, hanging by a thread, and Arsenal sent Bulat to take care of business. Just like that, voila we have our faucet upgraded — friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Thank you!

Another plumber came under fidelity national and declined work …. So lazy ….. not Michael ! He changed a rusted cartridge giving this disabled person hot water in the only accessible bathroom after 3 to 4 weeks without. Highly recommend

Great plumber! I called LA WRENCH Plumbing and was connected to the owner/plumber Ara’s daughter who immediately dispatched him to our house. He arrived within an hour and was respectful enough to ask if he should remove his shoes, a nice touch/sign of respect. My water heater broke down and was leaking into my garage. I called Ara from LA Wrench Plumbing and he made an emergency visit to shut off the water and in 2 days he had the new water heater installed and gave me the lowest price compared to other companies I called.

I had leaking water from the ceiling. I called LA Wrench Plumbing and talked with Ms. Anna. She was friendly, listened to my concern, guided me to send video/pictures so she could let the her team know. She also let me know that there was no charge for coming to do the estimate, that was awesome!!!. She then set up time and let me know who would come to fix it. Mr. Ara came on time. He was knowledgeable with his work and completed the work right away. I really like what he did, he showed me the video before and after his work. It was amazing!!! the water stopped dripping!!!.
