I can't say enough good things about BBC Rooter and Plumbing Inc.! From the initial phone call to the completed job, their service was top-notch. We had a leaky faucet that was driving us crazy and wasting water. It seemed like a small thing, but it was a constant annoyance.

The technician, Robert, arrived on time, was polite and professional, and diagnosed the problem in minutes. He had the necessary parts on hand and fixed the faucet efficiently and effectively. He even checked other faucets in the house to make sure everything was working properly.
What impressed me most was Robert's attention to detail and his willingness to go the extra mile. He cleaned up his work area thoroughly and gave me some helpful advice on maintaining my plumbing fixtures. The price was very reasonable, and there were no surprises.

Bobby is a genius. He and his crew saved the sewer line and a sale transaction at our family home when no one else could. An old cast-iron line from our property ran downhill through sharp drops and turns, 250 feet through a neighbor’s property, adjacent to their pool, and was badly occluded after 80 years of continuous use. It was not possible to replace the line, but Bobby cleaned it, sleeved it, and restored it so that it worked properly and would provide a long Service life going forward. The strategy Bobby developed, and the incredibly high level of craft he and his crew displayed was inspiring. No one else would even consider the job. We could not have moved forward without him. His services are worth every penny.

We had issue with the sewer line smell leak in the bathroom. Other plumbers came and were not able to fix the problem but when BBC rooter came, they were able to fix it right away. The worker was very polite and respectful and left the bathroom clean too.. forever grateful for not having that bad smell in my place anymore.

What a great and honest company. We had a major plumbing issue with roots of the tree causing everything to back up into the house. We called this plumber BBC and right away they are able to schedule and get everything fixed. I was especially happy with the service that they provided us and could recommend them to any of my neighbors. We had a great experience with BBC Rooter & Plumbing, especially working with Bobby. A couple of years ago, we were dealing with repeated main sewer line clogs and reached out to several companies for estimates.

From the start, Bobby was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly. His pricing was significantly lower than the other quotes we received, which made the decision easy.

The job involved replacing our entire main sewer line, from the front of the house all the way through the sidewalk and into the street.
