Excellent service! A very pleasant woman called me promptly on Monday morning to schedule the repair. Then Omar came right at the beginning of the appointment window and fixed my super leaky tub faucet. I appreciate how professional, considerate and efficient he was. The issue has been fixed, and he cleaned up so well that I didn't have to do any post clean-up at all. Thank you Omar!

These guys were contracted through our property management company when our water heater started leaking. They inspected and replaced the water heater same day with the job being done in less than 2 hours. By far, the nicest, cleanest, most respectful, honest plumber, I've ever hired ~ and I've hired a lot plumbers. However, I finally found the perfect plumber, Ruben, at SL Rooter! Firstly, SL Rooter is a family-owned and operated business, which takes a lot of pride in customer service. SL Rooter truly cares about the quality & professionalism of their work, and obviously, the customer. I'm now, honestly excited and thankful, that I saw their advertisement and read several Google Reviews about SL Rooter and Repairs, Inc. The owner's daughter, Stefany, immediately answered the phone when I called this morning looking for a plumber. She told me, she'd make an appointment, ASAP, and call me right back. She called me back in less than 5 minutes, and told me Ruben, her father, would be at my house in approximately 45 minutes, to fix my damaged sewage line and blocked bathroom pipes. Ruben was exactly on-time, courteous, and explained all the options available. He was professional and did an absolutely amazing job and was extremely neat & clean. At one point, he actually needed an extra hand, so he called his daughter, Stefany, and she came from the office to help her father! What an absolute incredible family! It's obvious they're devoted to their job, and fixing whatever problems the customer's have. Ruben Jr. is the most efficient, courteous, responsible and reliable plumbers we have ever used. Ruben Jr. and his team come on time, he plans the work and knows exactly where to start and where to go. They work very clean and at the end of the four full day job, they cleaned all the work areas. They replaced the kitchen drain, rerouting the pipes all the way to the city sewer line. To our surprise, Jr. called us the next day to check if everything is good and we are happy with his work. We highly recommend SL Rooter for all your plumbing needs. We would give them 10 stars if we it were available!

Ruben and Jr. have been awesome every time we’ve needed them. They are very responsive and quick and their work is very high quality. They’ve done everything from pipes, faucets, water heaters, toilet swap outs and drain clogs for us. Very affordable too!! They are definitely our go to and we recommend them to all our friends and family.

Our Grohe thermostatic valve did not work properly and the plumbers we have used in the past could not do the repair. Grohe referred Whyte plumbing to us and David replaced the defective parts of the valve and it works perfectly now. The valve is 26 years old and I was afraid it would be impossible to repair but David has the expertise and experience necessary for the task.

I have one word for Dave "GOD". he took what I thought was an impossible situation and resolved it. I cannot say enough about how white Plumbing handled my situation. it was perfect. the strongest recommendation I can give

David is a very knowledgeable person and straight forward. A pleasure to work with and he was able to fix a lot of issues in my house as well as troubleshoot other things I wasn’t aware of.

Dave has been taking care of our plumbing for about 30 years. He has always done a great job. Once we were leaving the house to catch a flight when a toilet suddenly backed up. Raw sewage overflowed onto the bathroom floor. I called Dave and he said he would take care of it. When we got home, we saw that he fixed the backup problem and he cleaned up all the sewage on the floor so that we couldn't even tell that anything had happened. That was beyond the call of duty. Thank you Dave!

The team, Dave and Daniel were very familiar with the problem with my water heater and went above and beyond to repair the problem. In addition to pilot igniter and gas valve not working I had a small leak at the plastic drain site. They replaced it with a quality metal drain valve that won’t crack and leak. They were also very tidy and my hot water heater looks like new!
