Their good advice on the phone led me to buying different patio heaters than I thought I would. The heaters are perfect – good warmth but not too hot.

We had several quotes and Bellows was by far the best with brand recognition and a great reputation. We had them replace a 20 y/o hot water heater. Their team was so easy to work with during COVID. Our appointment was made quickly and Dave our HVAC service technician was on time and prepared to address our heating issue. He was able to provide an estimate of the cost to improve the heater’s performance. Overall Dave was excellent!

Bellows installed a heating HVAC system in our place in San Rafael a few years ago and they were great. We called them again after moving to come inspect and fix the mini split system in our new place. they are great! Ryan came by exactly on time, was extremely respectful, responsive, and fixed the issue quickly and completely. Would use them again no matter what hearting/cooling issue we may encounter next time

Our thermostat went out on our Bellows furnace last January and we had Bellows come out to fix it. Instead of fixing it he installed a high tech new one at a very big cost to us. Now our furnace is coming on at odd hours that it's not programed for. We have discovered that the thermostat does not have the correct time (it's 4 hours ahead) even though it is connected to our internet. We called Bellows this morning expecting them to offer consolation and help since it's a new thermostat but they said they would charge us to come out and depending on what's wrong it might not be covered by warranty!! For a company that claims to have such great customer service this is pretty disappointing. I wouldn't give them any stars except they won't post this without a star!

Ryan was great! We’ve been stuck with a contractor special and gone through 2 HVAC vendors after the remodel. We’re stuck with wrong design and system. Ryan fixed the initial problem and gave us great feedback on how a new system should work. We’re getting a quote for a redesign.

Bellows was competitively priced and completed the job in the time estimated. The workers were considerate and conscientious, were responsive to my suggestions and left everything tidy. So far, on day 3 of our new heat pump, we are thrilled!

I had a mini-split system installed by Bellows and it’s the best money I’ve ever spent. I’ve had an awesome experience with each and every person I’ve had contact with at Bellows through each step of the process. Robert, Terry, Del, Neil and Tony were all very professional, cheerful, quick-responding and helpful. And they were so clean! No dust or debris left behind.

My wife and I had the great pleasure of having Ryan service our HVAC system today and to install a new thermostat. Ryan's professionalism and expertise was only exceeded by his personality and thoroughness. Bellows is fortunate to have him.
