I am preparing to sell my house, so I hired Bellows to change the heater & AC filter in the attic, test the heater, and make sure that the AC works, and they did that for me!

Dan was very professional and competent in his work. He was efficient and thorough.

The Bellows team should be rated a 10, not just 5. They are very professional, very well trained and intelligently think the project through for the best approach. The team kept us informed of their approach and progress. They have pride in their workmanship and care about the impact to the customer throughout the entire project. Everything is done per code, yet they are able to have creative results. I cannot imagine another company performing better, or even as well as Bellows. My project was to replace an extremely old furnace and upgrade to a larger system that included new ducts and adding A/C. There were issues with working in a 1940’s house but they made it seem easy, taking extra care not to disturb “heirloom-like” mature plantings, and respecting our living space, while providing a top-notch home improvement. They did so well that we invited them back to replace/upgrade our ancient electrical sub panel. Again, the process and the hugely improved end product were flawlessly done in record time. Excellent experience working with Bellows for a new HVAC Mitsubishi mini split system throughout my house. Salesperson was knowledgeable, installation technicians professional and courteous. I would recommend this company.

Worked with Bellows for many years, they work hard, are timely (which is important to me as a working mom), and their prices are more than fair once you understand the complexity of the install and the cost of running a business in NorCal. We have a two zone Lennox furnace and AC, got it installed a few years ago and haven't had any issues at all.

Called in and got an appointment same week. Ryan was on time, very knowledgeable, and presented all of my options, including his recommendation and the reasons why. He really went above and beyond. Highly recommend.

The service person was prompt, knowledgeable and very personable. He did a thorough check of the heating system, made some adjustments and explained how everything works. I appreciated his thoroughness and his willingness to answer all my questions. Very happy with his service!

I hired Bellows 3 years ago to install a new HVAC system in my home. All was good until last Friday when my thermostat was dead all of a sudden. Saturday I called Bellows as their advertising leads one to believe they are a 24 hour a day service. The website also says to book a same day service call. I didn’t expect an immediate appointment but was hoping for Monday since I currently have no working furnace…during winter. I received a call back pretty quickly after leaving a message however I was told there were no “emergency services” available and the soonest anyone could come out would be Friday-almost a week later. I explained that my husband has been in poor health and is elderly. All I got was silence on the other end of the phone. I then asked if anyone could help me troubleshoot over the phone since there was such a long wait for a technician to come out. I was told “We don’t do that” and then she proceeded to tell me how much a diagnostic service call would be which was close to $200.00. I am incredibly disappointed with this response and the general unsympathetic attitude toward the situation. It sure feels like they wash their hands of their customers once the initial installation is complete. I expected better.

Edited to add: they moved my appointment up a half a day. From Friday morning to Thursday late afternoon.I appreciate the response from Bellows and at this point am just looking forward to having heat again.

Really impressed with the Bellows team and very happy with our new heat pumps. The initial estimator was a long-time pro in the HVAC field who was super knowledgeable (honestly, he was one of the first contractors in the country who helped develop the home performance industry and really knows what it takes to make homes comfortable). And the technicians who did the installation were also very skilled and communicative. The job turned out like they promised.

We have used Bellows for the past 2 years for extensive and simple plumbing issues. All their technicians are experienced, courteous, prompt, helpful and professional. They are also very honest, get straight to work and clean up after the project. They have always been able to come out within 24 hours and solve every problem quickly.

Where do I start? From the beginning I knew this was going to be a challenging venture. I was seeking to replace two (2) HVAC systems and one hot water heater with heat pumps and a tankless water heater. I knew it was not going to be cheap. And trying to do my due diligence I research for a lengthy period of time, with several bids offered on the projects. I had many questions for everyone but after about a month I decided to go with Bellows. I have not regretted it one bit. This is exactly the kind of work they do and it shows. They have dedicated teams of well trained and experienced professionals who take the time to properly do their jobs. All of them. I heard one person comment on how he was happy to be working with the "dream team." I don't exactly know what, exactly, he was referring to but for me of note were Pete, the sales representative, full of knowledge and good on the answers. He was followed by Del the overseer with innovative, creative ideas, Sean, whom I referred to as the wizard who best works alone, Jose who was impeccable, clean, polite and precise, Anthony, full of energy and personality, solid at his job and Matt, Ben, Will and Vinnie all whom tackled the hot water heater in such a fast, clean, efficiency manner I hardly had the chance to know them. Every day things were cleared and cleaned, space was respected, and genuine kindness emanated from all. Patrick, the big man whom I never met but who spoke through the clouds like God from on high, was fair, willing to negotiate and made sure everything was delivered. Last but not least was Terry. I always knew what the schedule was that day for not only the Bellows crew, but for county and independent inspections on all work completed. Do I sound unrealistic? Starry eyed? Their work has made my home safe, warm and less expensive overall. I AM starry eyed and I just keep telling others who they should call when they are looking for a dedicated company with dedicated teams and impressive individuals who are best for such work. You will not regret a call to Bellows. I'm a truly satisfied customer.

I was so impressed with Bellows! They booked the appointment quickly, they called before they came, and were on time. But the best part was my technician Dan. He was warm, friendly, accommodating to my requests and knowledgeable. He immediately put my mind at ease and my stress left. He was able to diagnose the issue and gave me a plan and next steps. He was just an awesome human and I actually enjoyed the service visit!

Vinnie was great! He called 10 minutes away to let me know he was coming. He talked me through everything he was doing because I told him next time I wanted to do it myself. He was gracious, polite and did not withhold information because of my intention for next year to do it myself. I also compared the cost for tankless water heater flush with other companies and this was the only one that didn't want to overcharge me. Well worth the money. Would use them again in the future for plumbing needs

We recently purchased a new furnace through Costco, and Bellows was the contracted installer for our area. From initial contact to final installation, the Bellows team was 5-star-plus! The people were great, the communications were prompt and clear, we got on their schedule faster than expected, and the installation of the new furnace was expertly executed. We will definitely rely on the Bellows team for all our future HVAC and Plumbing needs.
