Dave came out right away. Ordered The furnace for my supplier who had it in stock and they had it installed the day after it arrived.

A friend recommended Raven for air conditioner installation. I got estimates from Raven and three other AC contractors and could not find anyone to beat their price. Dave (the owner) and his crew installed the system quickly and efficiently and with a great attitude. Dave was on hand throughout to answer all questions and make it a smooth experience that went without a hiccup. We have had a few days now to enjoy relief from the afternoon Novato heat and can report we are happy with the system.

Raven just installed a new heat pump furnace and A/C for me. The installation crew, Percy and Isaac, were phenomenal (thanks guys). Professional, efficient, on time, knowledgable and friendly. A big thank you to Dave, Josh and Jeremy for their contributions as well! Highly recommend.

Dave, and his team at Raven were fantastic for our installation of a new furnace and AC. We got many bids, and Raven's was extremely competitive. I never felt Dave was trying to sell me anything we didn't need (something I can't say for some of the other bids we got), but he also made a few great suggestions regarding the units and installation. He clearly is knowledgeable and skilled at what he does. He also knows the permitting requirements and process well.

His team was respectful of our house and property and really were conscious of cleaning up behind themselves. I am very happy I went with Raven.

An annual air conditioner and heater maintenance service was expertly performed today by the Kelly Plumbing & Heating technicians, Ryan Bishop and DJ Bishop. Their work was very professional and the customer relations were excellent.

Kelly Plumbing & Heating's technician, Dillon, inspected and cleaned our Trane furnace and air cleaner. Dillon did a thorough job of vacuuming the furnace closet; explaining the condition of the equipment; answered all my questions; and was very polite.
