Kelly plumbing and heating is one of the only contractors who service radiant heating systems. They are easy to work with, professional, and reasonably priced. Ryan has serviced my system the last couple of calls and is personable, explaining everything to me and doing all that needs to be done, without adding things I don’t need! I highly recommend Kelly, and Ryan!

Ryan and DJ were prompt and called shortly before they arrived. They were professional and courteous, and friendly. Ryan patiently answered simple questions about the various checks and elements of their inspection/routine maintenance procedures. I have been very satisfied with my furnace, which Kelly installed a couple years ago.

My wife and I have been pleased with Kelly Plumbing’s heating and A/C maintenance services for several years now. Most recently, DJ performed our annual A/C service, and we appreciate that he’s not only competent and efficient, but also personable.

Kelly Plumbing and Heating is a wonderful company to work with. Our technician today was Ryan, he called ahead and arrived on time; he did a great job tuning up our HVAC system and gave us a very thorough report!

The folks at Kelly plumbing and heating are competent, efficient, friendly and fun. They installed a whole house automatic shutoff valve (required by insurance) and a new water heater. In addition, as they do HVAC also, they are installing a heat pump and furnace (to save on electricity), work which they started on. Ryan Bishop, his brother and his son are a pleasure to work with, and Jim Kelly is super knowledgeable and gave me excellent guidance on what to install (including good advice on electrical, which is not his trade).

DJ was great! Professional, personable and a very good communicator. I’ll be happy to see him at my door for any service call.

Kelly has installed 2 furnaces and 2 water heaters for me (separate locations) over the past dozen years. DJ did the annual maintenance on all of them today. His work was excellent and communication great. He let me know what additional work may be needed on my water heaters in the near future, and I appreciate the heads-up.

Kelly Heat is an excellent company, and I’ve been using them for the past 11 years. Everything always goes smoothly, they are reliable, on time, knowledgeable, and highly skilled technicians. DJ recently performed my annual maintenance on the Trane Heat and AC system that Kelly Heat installed 11 years ago, and it has been running without issue since it was brand new. Thanks again!

Adding on to my previous review. This time we had furnace maintenance, and the service is as good as ever. DJ was prompt and thorough and took the time to explain several things in response to my questions and concerns. It is a relief knowing the system is ready to work effuciently and safely for another winter.

We've worked with Kelly Plumbing & Heating for 5 years and always gotten great and prompt service from them. They were very helpful and clear in giving us our options for a new furnace and for cooling solutions. Since getting those installed, they have provided periodic checks and maintenance for the equipment. Everyone is always straightforward and clear and helpful. The latest service was for the cooling system, and with the addition of our solar system, the technician was very clear and helpful in explaining our options to heat with gas vs. solar electricity and empowering us to make those changes. Short version: I couldn't be more pleased with our new heat pump and attic blower unit!

Longer version...
I interviewed about 7 different HVAC groups, and Kelly was hands down the best.
Honest: Most of the contractors failed to to warn about the R410 roll-over. Jim Kelly warned me of every possible gottcha we might run into.
Product: We needed a very quiet unit that would fit in a narrow space -- the Daikin heat pump hit both of those targets. Excellent warranty. The competitors had quiet heat pumps, but they were about the size of a missile silo.
Price/Value: Kelly was among the lowest bids, yet instilled the greatest confidence and with the best product. All my technical questions and concerns were addressed.
Installation: Mario & Erick, our installers, were freaking rock stars. The former attic blower installation was frankly a mess. When these guys were done, the installation was neat, tidy. All lines were clean and tight. The outside line set was perfectly insulated. The punch-through into the attic was tight and well caulked. Very clean. Guys were polite, excellent communicators, and cleaned up every day. They even hauled away an old sound diverter that probably weighed 75 lbs.
Bottom line: Go with these guys!

I needed an HVAC tech to see why the heater in my house was not turning on. I contacted several HVAC companies. Kelly arranged for their tech, DJ, to come to my house on short notice, right away. It turned out the wiring in the new thermostat was not done correctly. The heater worked! At any rate, DJ checked the A/C, fan, air filter, etc. to make sure there were no other issues that nay come up. Kelly only charged me for the travel/diagnostic fee, with no additional labor fee.

Will definitely use them if I ever need HVAC service again!!

Great local company. We have used their service for our furnace and AC for several years. They never try to oversell you and their staff is always friendly and professional. DJ who recently came to our house did a great job. Strongly recommend them!
