We had Kelly Plumbing and Heating come to tune up our gas furnace and clean out our really long dryer duct. They sent the knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and efficient, DJ, who arrived right on time and did a very thorough job at both tasks. He even cleaned the lint out of the inside of the dryer itself. He answered all my questions expertly; and even better, educated me on things I wouldn’t have thought to ask about, but need to be prepared for. Specifically changes to CA laws that will require electric heat pump devices when the time comes to replace our gas furnace and gas water heater. And a shout-out to Ana in the office who made the appointment. She is also courteous, helpful and knowledgeable, asking all the right questions so you are sure to get what you need.

Our technician, DJ, was friendly, professional and on time. He kept the work area clean and I’m confident he did a thorough inspection and cleaning of our furnace and water heater. We’ve called on Kelly Plumbing and Heating for many years and plan to continue to do so in the future.

Great experience with Kelly Plumbing & Heating. The repair technician (DJ) was very skilled and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem, thoroughly explained it to us along with our options, and made the necessary repair.

Don Bryant was very helpful all day-answering questions, explaining things, getting permit, and working late on a Friday to get me a new water heater. He was assisted by Ryan Bishop, also a service technician who had been at my home previously. Both were professional and worked late to get the work done.

DJ from Kelly Plumbing and Heating serviced my furnace today and did an excellent job. He was efficient, very polite and helpful in showing me how I can change the filter. I highly recommend Kelly Plumbing and DJ.

Amazing customer service and very quick response! I was so worried I would have to wait over a weekend with no heat. They squeezed me in and were able to fix it. DJ was great! He explained everything and was so respectful of my home and left everything so neat. My experience made me a lifetime customer and I will definitely use them when it comes time to replace my furnace.

DJ arrived earlier than scheduled and spent a good amount of time explaining how my system works. I'm new to a heat pump/air handler Trane and wanted to understand how it worked differently than what I had in a previous home. DJ is very informed and I appreciated his thoroughness.

Ryan provided excellent service on both occasions. His knowledge and expertise provided top notch professional service to quickly resolved my plumbing issue at a reasonable cost. My heat was out and another m plumber tried to fix the heat/hot water system. They didn’t fix the heat and they broke the hot water. Gene Burch got me on their schedule within a few days. They were very communicative through the whole process, came in the 2-hour window they gave me, and fixed both the heat and the hot water. Their rate was very reasonable.

Raul showed up on time, Set up quickly inspected the furnace, diagnosed the tricky problem, cleaned it up and solved it. Furnace is working great again. He also checked and vacuumed the cold air returned area, which had not been done in years. The price was fair for a Fantastic job. I would highly recommend Raul and Gene Burch Plumbing heating and air.

Excellent service and work! Brad and Sergio replaced my water heater. They were clean and efficient and went above and beyond to explain and come up with the best unit for the space. María communicated on timing. Highly recommend 👍

Sergio got my heating system working without any issues. He is very efficient and very knowledgeable. I am extremely happy and plan on using Gene Burch the next time that I need my heating and air conditioning system serviced.

Raul was great. He was very thorough with all of the details and showed us what was wrong and what needed to be repaired immediately and what could wait. We now have heat again thanks to him! He didn’t try to make us spend more than we wanted to and just did the work we asked. He did give us quotes for future work, but I did not feel the pressure to get anything done immediately that could wait. We will definitely work with Raul and Gene Burch again in the future and highly recommend them.

Raul our service tech was excellent. Very knowledgeable and professional. He spent ample time trouble shooting our heating and plumbing issues and was very thourough. The Sewer pump was making a low audible sound at night and Raul thought it might be the pump being end of life and not having enough power to function properly. I would highly recommend Gene Burch and their team to service your HVAC and Plumbing needs.
