Freddy was a delight to work with. He performed a complicated job fixing a Navien water heater / boiler (which involved redoing piping, replacing a circuit board, etc.) at a reasonable price and with great professionalism. We’ve found our go-to plumber! Highly recommended.

Raul did a great job problem-solving my old gas wall heating system and recommending a suitable replacement. He was patient, listened well, and was undeterred by dust & cobwebs when tracing aspects of my old system to make sure they'd work with the new. His estimate was fair, given post-Covid pricing ealities. Highly recommend Raul.

Sergio and Jaime were amazing - they kept us informed throughout the whole process of inspecting and ultimately replacing our furnace. They worked around me and my family’s needs when they had to be in the crawlspace or pounding on furnace parts, and they were super friendly about answering any questions I had on the process. Highly recommended! Now we have a much warmer house!

Sergio and Jamie were wonderful. There was a problem with the actual furnace from the manufacturer and they both spent hours and days doing everything they could to make it work. They were always on time and couldn't have been nicer. Eventually a new furnace had to replace the original one. They (once again) did a great job installing it and it works perfectly. I highly recommend Gene Burch Plumbing Heating & Air and especially Sergio and Jamie.

Raul & Sergio were on clean and neat, and on time. They treated me and my home respectfully. They moved my air conditioner away from my building in preparation for new siding. They did the job in a short amount of time. I was very pleased with their job.

They’ve replaced & installed two toilets, a kitchen faucet, and replaced the ancient (they don’t make ‘em anymore) electric baseboard heating unit in our living room. Every single individual we have dealt with hasn’t been good… because they are all way above and beyond just ‘good’ - they are EXCELLENT!
