Aaero Installed all the ductwork and heating/cooling systems in our remodeled home and they were wonderful to work with the entire time. I'm writing this review because of how well they handled an issue on our project. One of our cooling units (upstairs) was always temperamental -- it would work for a few days and then stop working. Aaero installed everything correctly, yet still came out multiple times to investigate, monitor, adjust, and replace parts on the system etc. The issue persisted. Turns out, the manufacturer was giving them faulty information and the parts, as designed, where not performing. Not only did Aaero fix the problem, they devised a solution (a customized fin) to get the air flowing in the right direction. My point is, they went above and beyond. They did whatever it took to solve the problem and take care of us as customers. Jeff, John, and Dave, are caring, responsive, committed, and innovative individuals, and I highly recommend you call them for your next project or HVAC need. Thank you, Aaero!

recently I requested a review and questions of the work done and Ernie responded with timely and professional answer to the request. Along with the other employees my experience has been good with the one exception being Dave the owner. I have added an additional two stars to the review. The other employees should be acknowledged for the service they provide.

We always want to support local business. This was a $23,000 replacement of upstairs and downstairs heating furnaces, install new AC and clean all ducts of two story home. The job was scheduled for 2 to 2.5 days in mid-March but took twice as long due to moving men off our job for half days to go to another leaving us under construction over weekend. As job was nearing completion we mentioned the duct cleaning had not been done. We were told there was not enough time and would be back. We called for three months trying to get the job completed as contracted, left many messages with Judy (she's very professional and courteous) but did not receive a return call from Dave regarding the duct cleaning. Finally after three months we received a voice message from Dave stating:
"We are unable to clean the ducts. The machine is down and we do
not have the people AVAILABLE to do the job. Please deduct $225
from the invoice. "
OK-find someone to duct clean a two story home for $225! no way
I hope this helps someone looking for HVAC to avoid trouble.

Lynette was so kind, helpful, and took the extra effort to help us secure the soonest appointment possible, but then called back soon later with a next day spot when an opening became available. John arrived on time and it was clear he is excellent at what he does So kind, professional, knowledgeable, and informative (since I love learning and was basically his shadow). I had dryer vent lines cut to exact lengths to simplify the installation. Huge time saver. Kyle the shop foreman offered to deliver the ducting as some runs were 10’ and wouldn’t fit in my car. Amazing service and great prices. Price competitive with big box stores and great service and knowledge to top it off!

Great HVAC service. Had a condensation leak that was flooding my garage. Reyes Heating came out quickly and was able to diagnose the problem immediately. They had me up and running in no time. They cleaned up when the work was done. They also checked to make sure all access areas were the HVAC plumbing entered my house were buttoned up tight so no rodents could gain access. Definitely would recommend.

Excellent service from initial sales visit, permitting, installation, and final walk through. Udiel did a great job of discussing options and making sure our top concern (that our home would no longer be cold) was addressed. I solicited bids from five HVAC companies and ultimately hired Reyes Heating and Air to replace my 25-year old furnace and install an air conditioner. I also had them install a dual-zone system so that I could set the temperature differently for the two levels of my home. The owner, Udiel, quoted a fair and reasonable price to do the work. His crew were friendly, knowledgeable, professional and efficient. They kept me informed about what they were doing and performed the installation with minimal disruption. The job took three days and at the end of each day they always cleaned up the work area. After the installation, I noticed a problem with the dual zone system. I contacted Udiel and he promptly came to my home and made the necessary adjustments that resolved the issue. The subcontractor who installed the 220 volt electric line for the air conditioner, Molina Electric, was also top notch. It was a pleasure working with Udiel, his team, and his subcontractor. I am very pleased with the installation and I highly recommend this company for the quality of their work, their responsiveness, and the reasonableness of their price.

Reyes Heating and Air recently installed a heat-pump system with 5 mini-splits in our 2-story townhome. We received 7 quotes for the project and not only was Reyes one of the most competitive quotes, they were the only ones willing to complete the project exactly how I hoped (2 wall mounted units, 3 ceiling mounted units, and the condenser unit at the back of the house). Every other company told me the project was too complicated/expensive and tried to talk me into changing my mind about what I wanted or provided me a quote that was different from what we wanted. Udiel saw my vision, assured me it was a smart and feasible vision, and then brought that vision to life without hassle and within our budget! The installation team was outstanding. I'm still in awe of what they accomplished. They worked 4 straight days through an atmospheric river to get the job done and did beautiful work. They were also really helpful in explaining the system to us and showing us how to use the new technology. The office staff have been super responsive with our follow-up questions. Reyes is a local family business with levels of expertise and professionalism that you would expect in any major HVAC company. We love our new HVAC system so much! It has been life changing not only in terms of climate control but also saving us money on our energy bills. I will be recommending Reyes Heating and Air to all of our neighbors!

When it rains it pours as they say… my dad’s furnace gave up the ghost two days before Thanksgiving and I was worried about finding a heating service that would be available. Not only did Udiel come out the next morning, but he was able to get us scheduled for the heater replacement (my dad’s was over 20 years old and would take longer to fix than get a new unit) by Friday. Udiel Reyes the owner replaced our entire heating and air conditioning system for our house here in Marin, and we are thrilled with his work. His quote was super reasonable, work was done quickly, professionally and on time. He also followed up with fine tune adjustments as needed. I have recommended him to all of our children who have houses not far from us. He did the same excellent job for all of them... I can recommend Reyes Heating and Air, and specifically Jimmy and his team. We recently swapped out our existing gas central heat for a heat pump heater and AC. Jimmy and crew were courteous and efficient and left the property as clean as they found it. My first experience with Reyes was last fall when I (and everyone else) turned on the heat during the first cold snap only to find it wasn’t working. I tried calling one of the larger companies in the area who told me they could come in ten days. Next I called Reyes and Udiel was able to come first thing the following day.

I hired Reyes Heating to replace all of the air ducts in my house after getting 4 proposals from other companies. Udiel was professional, prompt, and creative. He sent over the proposal right away and was easy to communicate with. We didn’t have heat and it was getting cold, so Udiel coordinated a lot of teams to start work right away. They completed the project several days faster than the other companies said they would need. The workers were courteous in my house and respectful with my family’s needs (toddler’s nap etc). I would highly recommend this company.
