Udiel Reyes expertly diagnosed and repaired our furnace. The easy part was replacing the igniter; the hard part was the control board then blowing its fuse. Changing the control board made no difference, but he traced each circuit to find and repair a worn wire short. Highly recommended.

My 40 year old furnace finally broke less than a week before we were having family stay at our house. I called Rayes and the owner came out that same afternoon, as scheduled. Amazing service, he took one look at the furnace and told me my options for replacing it, with ball park estimates for each option. Once I decided on the option, he told me he could have a team here on Saturday (two days later) to replace the furnace and A/C unit with a heat pump. On schedule, a team of 6 arrived, and what amazed me is how each person came up to me to tell me their name and shake my hand. The crew were hard working, professional, courteous and left my property cleaner that it was before they arrived. I would definitely recommend them. What they quoted is what I paid, the scheduled arrival time is when they arrived, and they made sure the system was up and running before anyone left. Thank you Rayes.

Reyes repaired both a leak in the condenser line of my furnace and then replaced all my HVAC ducting which included ducts torn up by rats and old asbestos ducting. Udiel could have upsold me on the leaking condenser line but didn't. I appreciated his honesty. Udiel, Stephanie and their crew are very professional, aggressive in their bid and did a great job. Their crew were nice guys, fast, considerate and kept their work areas clean. I highly recommend them.

The job is complete and I could not be more impressed. The units are beautiful, Udiel made sure I selected the units that were perfect for my number of rooms and living areas. He even explained that he had installed the identical system in his home and invited me over to see it!
The installation took 4 of days and the guys worked from 8:30-4:30 each day. They rarely took a break, cleaned up everything each night and were conscience and polite. they are family owned and we’re a pleasure to do business with

Our furnace stopped working on the Friday before Christmas. The owner’s son came out that afternoon and diagnosed the problem. Because it was over 20 years old we decided it was time to replace it. Udiel and his son were able to install the new furnace the following day which was wonderful since it was very cold and Christmas was around the corner. They were efficient and professional and lovely to have around. Don’t hesitate to call them for your HVAC repairs or installations. We have been very happy with our new American Standard furnace.

We are extremely happy with our Mini-Split Heat Pump. Everyone at the office and at the job site were responsive and courteous. They took extra time with us to get the phone app working properly. The equipment works great and it was a pleasure working with the entire team.

Had a wonderful experience with Udiel and his team! He came out to look at our old gas furnace and said it was on its last leg-- it died a week later. They installed a new heat pump system for us so we would have heat and AC. It was a weeklong install and his team was polite, clean, and very hardworking! They wanted to have it installed by the end of the week and they stayed on Friday until 7pm to make sure they got it done. Would recommend them again and again!

Reyes Heating & Air installed a ductless system downstairs and a ducted system upstairs in our home, replacing our older gas systems and existing ductwork.

The project required opening up sheetrock and carefully running new refrigerant lines through the walls, so it was fairly involved. The installation team, led by Brian and Pablo, did an excellent job from start to finish. They kept the job site clean each day, the installation went smoothly, and they clearly communicated the work plan and progress with us throughout the process.

We’re very happy with the results and the overall experience. I highly recommend Reyes Heating & Air for any HVAC work.

Great experience with Red Mountain. They were prompt with the estimate, very clear about what it included. They were patient with me while I secured other quotes and after everyone else came in much higher than they did I approved their proposal. They came out the next day and installed exactly what I needed. They were very communicative and neat in their work. I highly recommend them for a split system. They know their stuff and work to keep their customers happy.

Called Red Mountain and we scheduled an estimate for the next day. He arrived on time and wore shoe covers to check out our furnace. Estimator reviewed a couple of recommendations and scheduled an installation. Workers arrived on time and professionally installed new furnace - checked work and cleaned up afterwards.
