Nothing but good things to say about Reyes Heating and Air. Udiel the owner showed up same day for a competitive quote and was very nice and explained the whole process. A week later he sent out his team. Alex and Graviel installed a new furnace. They were on time and keep the house very clean while working. We hardly noticed they were there. The new furnace is a huge improvement. Much quieter and more efficient. We will probably have them install AC in the future. Do not hesitate to reach out to Reyes Heating and Air!

I just bought my house in June 2024. It was built in 1951. The only heat source was a gas wall heater which was converted to a gas fireplace in the living room. It didn’t make very much heat, most of it went up the flu. My house was cold. I needed a complete heating system. I wanted a heat pump with no gas furnace. I got three bids. The bid from Udiel at Reyes Heating and Air specified the best, most efficient, and most expensive equipment of the three bids, yet his bid was the least expensive. They started work at 8:30 on a Monday morning. They started with the inside work first and got 90% of it done on the first day. They covered everything with plastic and cut-in all the holes in the ceilings for the heat ducts. They cleaned everything up and left my house clean. They spent the rest of the week in the attic and outside. They installed the air handler up high in the garage, ducts in the attic and the heat pump on the wall outside. The system has three zones, one for the main part of the house and one for each bedroom. The system works flawlessly. We love it. The house is now warm and cozy. The guys at Reyes Heating and Air were very nice, courteous, respectful of my property and they did an excellent job. Stephanie, in the office, was great, very responsive and helpful. I will highly recommend them to friends.

These guys are great. Professional and respectful. I contacted Reyes and Carlos came to my house to fix my AC and heating system. He was honest and knowledgeable and he fixed everything in 30 minutes. They trust clients too, they sent my an invoice after the service. Prices are reasonable and you can see they love what they do. When my AC went out, I had another company come out first, and they told me I needed to replace my entire 8-year-old AC system—a pretty big and expensive job. Something didn’t feel right, so I decided to get a second opinion and called Reyes Heating and Air.

They sent out their technician, Jimmy, who arrived promptly and was very friendly and professional. he quickly diagnosed the real issue—it was just a faulty capacitor, not the whole unit! He explained everything clearly, showed me the part, and got it replaced right away. My AC was up and running in no time.

I truly appreciate the honesty and integrity of this company. In a world where upselling is common, Reyes Heating and Air proved to be trustworthy and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and honest HVAC service. Thank you, Jimmy and the Reyes team!

Udiel and his team installed brand new heating and air-conditioning units in 2021 and everything has been working amazingly until this year when tried to turn on the AC and it did not work. He came out the next day- after finding out that a rat chewed some wires -he repaired it quickly and efficiently- will never call any other heating and air company ever again -you can't go wrong.

The company was very responsive and easy to work with. The office staff and technicians were courteous and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company for any HVAC needs you may have.

We just had Reyes Heating & Air install a new ductless mini split system and I could not be happier with the result! It was a first project of this kind for our homeowner association, which meant it was important to get it right. I feel fortunate to have discovered Reyes Heating & Air. The whole experience from start to finish was exceptional. Special shout-out to Stephanie in the office! The entire team was such a pleasure to work with — professional, responsive, and very considerate of our space. They took their time to make sure I was happy with every detail before moving ahead with the install. I never felt rushed or pressured. They also came up with creative solutions for improving the aesthetics of the outdoor system, a key factor in getting buy-in from my neighbors. Equally important was the noise factor. Turns out, these systems really are ‘whisper quite’! Udiel Reyes and his team will be getting plenty of recommendations from me!

Reyes Heating and Air, Inc.. Wow, excellent from beginning to end! Alex and Lester were careful, quiet, clean and neat. Had to work in a very confining attic space for new ducts. Udeil managed some vital last minute troubleshooting and workarounds. Heat pump installation very successful!

Great service. Had issues with my heater and their response was immediate. In a few days they got me a new heater and replaced the existing one which was still under warranty, and they dealt with the hassles of getting reimbursed. I would definitely hire them again.

I had to have all my ducts replaced under my house which was a huge job. Not only did Udiel give me a competitive price, but they did an excellent job installing them. Not to mention the care Reyes Heating took with my house and driveway. I'm a tough grader and they get an A+ from me!

From the beginning to end, they remained in communication with my mother, always answering her calls or texts, and ALWAYS explaining each and every detail of the entire process: Sale; product; Installation; and Inspection. I am grateful for their professionalism and the way in which they showed my mother respect throughout the entire process. I also want to praise Stephanie, their office manager. Hello! Yesterday (8\1\2024) Reyes Heating & Air in Novato, CA installed six Mitsubishi Electric Split-Type Air Conditioners throughout our home, and it has already changed our life tremendously! First I will tell you why we chose Reyes H & A… 1. we live in Novato, CA and wanted to support a locally owned company; 2. the owner himself, Udiel Reyes, answered my phone call and came to our home the next day and we thoroughly discussed this type of ac system that my husband and I wanted, and also learned the extensive training his crew goes through by Mitsubishi Electric was impressive to us. Well we signed the contract and our start date was 7/29/2024 and they completed the job in 3 1/2 days. The crew Jimmy, Carlos, Javier and José did a fantastic job! They promptly arrived each morning at 8:00 and got right to work. They each were always doing their task, and they worked so well as a team. I would frequently checkout to see what they were doing and sometimes ask questions cuz I am a curious type of person, and my questions were always happily answered or explained & shown so I would understand. Also at the end of each day they did a good job tiding up. On the last day when Jimmy came to me and said they were finished… I was so thrilled! He, Carlos and myself went to each room so they could test each inside unit with the remote. I again asked questions about using the remote with all the functions and was pleased to learn how simple it all is. Then Jimmy walked with me to each room again so I could show him the exact spot on the wall where I wanted the remote holder to be installed. Then the rest of the crew pitched in to put up the remote holder in each room. That personal touch made me so very happy! After they left I was like a kid going to each room, using the remote to program that room’s temperature and fan speed! Another fantastic feature about these inside units and outside systems are that they are super quiet… really they are! So bottom line is we are very happy with our new Mitsubishi split-type air conditioners, and impressed with Udiel Reyes, owner of Reyes Heating & Air in Novato, CA with his employees, and would definitely recommend them!

These guys know their stuff and do great work for a fair price. After meeting multiple companies and receiving estimates from several of them we went with Reyes not only for the competitive estimate but for Udiel’s knowledge. We replaced an old furnace with a new Heat Pump (plus Air Handler and Trane hepa filter) in Petaluma. The team worked hard and were extremely thorough. All questions asked and answered. The system itself is a next-level experience in anti-allergy, home comfort. We highly recommend them.

I’ve worked with many companies in my 79 years but none have matched the responsiveness, professionalism and expertise of Reyes Heating and Air. The crew that completed the work was truly efficient and respectful of our home. Wonderful company!

Someone told me once that there are three goals in construction: low price, quality work, and speed. You can only have two. This is not the case with Reyes Heating & Air Conditioning. My general was skeptical, even angry, when I told him we hired Reyes Heating & Air. Much to his surprise and mine, Udiel and his team were fast, professional, did quality work, and were reasonable. All of us were impressed. More importantly, we appreciated their willingness to work around our other MEP trades so the project schedule could stay on track. Honestly, Udiel’s team set the standard for everyone else on the project.

Reyes installed two high quality mini-split units in our home during a rain storm! Jimmy, Javier, José, and the whole Reyes Team worked efficiently and with expert communication and attention to detail! 10/10 would recommend!

A few weeks, I had the good fortune of hiring Reyes air conditioning to install a new unit. We had several other quotes, but Udell's prices were reasonable.
