Red Mountain installed a Mitsuibishi Heat Pump system for our family cabin. They provided the lowest bid by a lot for an identical system that two other companies quoted. They installed the sytem in a quick, neat, and timely manner. Great Job.

Osvin and his crew did an excellent job on a complex heat pump installation that required running refrigerant conduit and 220V electrical across multiple floors (steep SF property, with condenser in yard 50’ below street/air handler level). I knew this would be a complex installation so got several quotes. Red Mountain had by far the most thorough and sensible installation plan, and Osvin is a true expert in his trade. I recommend him highly.

On the day of the appointment, it was pouring rain, however the technician arrived on time, and he wore shoe covers to protect our hardwood floors. He found the issue, fixed it and checked very thing thoroughly to make sure we are all good.

I am amazed by Red Mountain and their technician, Osviro. I installed a Google Nest learning thermostat and while I am pretty good with technology, this was WAAAY beyond my knowledge level. There was no power or energy going to my Nest so I couldn't even turn on the heat. I looked online for a company that could work with Nest and called at 8:00pm thinking i would just leave a message and hope that someone called me back. but no, they answered the phone and schedule the call for the next morning.

Osviro came within the allocated time frame and fixed the problem in less than 10 minutes. And he was very kind when he was here.

They gave me a great deal on the visit since it only took 10 minutes.

I will definitely use Red Mountain again!

We had a new furnace installed by Red Mountain 2 years ago. The furnace stopped working, suddenly, yesterday. Osvin, the owner, came out and quickly diagnosed the problem and its working great again. Red Mountain Heating and Air just installed a new gas furnace in our home, up in our attic (we have a single-family, single story home with an unfinished attic). The job included Red Mountain removing the existing gas furnace (which was down in our pantry) and removing all of the old duct work then installing a new Trane gas furnace, running a new gas line, setting up the power supply for the new gas furnace, installing all new ducts, two new return air vents, and a new thermostat. They also got the city permit for the project. Red Mountain did an excellent job for us at a reasonable price. They were very communicative throughout and very flexible about some of the small details that make the project all the better for us. They were very efficient and completed the entire job in just three days time, as planned. We are very pleased with their work and they made sure to remove and dispose of all of the old materials and also cleaning up when they were done. We will certainly be calling on Red Mountain to take care of the annual service for the furnace and we would highly recommend Red Mountain Heating and Air for your home HVAC needs.

Red Mountain Heating was spectacular to work with! We got a few quotes and they beat them all. They came on site for the estimate, got the county permit, and completed the HVAC install all within a couple days of my initial call. Absolutely incredible service.
