Frigidaire refrigerator broke down less than one year and in manufacturers warranty. Emmy was great, Not AI,in helping to schedule and get the information and pass it on to repair companies Who were difficult to schedule. Thanks to her, no charges were given to me and they came at the right time.

Kerenza Appliance Repair installed my new induction range. The installers were very professional, careful, and helpful. Communication was good. I was pleased with the service.

Kerenza Appliance is a company that I can offer to my clients. They showed up on time and with a good attitude ; it was refreshing! Their communication method was fabulous and easy to use. Coming from someone who is admittedly low tech, I am pleased with the overall care and experience of Kerenza Appliance Repair.
The best part? My oven heats ! -
They are great. They have an efficient process for setting up appointments and payment. Great communication. Skilled, and personable, technicians.

First time they were okay. The last couple experiences with Kerenza were disappointing. There was upsale. I paid for things that I discovered that I didn't need. I paid for a technician to come out and he wasn't needed. That was $150. Twice I was asked to pay for two technicians that weren't needed. That's $150 plus additional money for the extra technician. It took them a long time to get a part and then back and forth to send out the technician with the part that I had already paid for. I told them that I was scheduled to be out of town for over 6 months and they finally sent someone the day before I had to leave town. When I returned and discovered that their technician messed up my dryer connection, I told them. They wanted me to pay them $150 to have someone come out and fix something that their technician messed up. I usually don't bother to complain about people. This time, I think that I should warn people. It feels dishonest.

When the lights started flashing on our one-year-old Gaggenau refrigerator, we knew it wasn’t going to be an easy repair. Our research showed it could be caused by a number of issues, so it became a process of elimination.
Jose made several trips to address the most likely causes. First, he replaced the controller board, which solved part of the problem. Next, he tried the light fixtures, but the issue persisted. Finally, after spending long hours troubleshooting, he identified the true culprit. Two small digital lights, one of which had shorted out.
Throughout the process, Jose was thorough, professional, and determined to get to the bottom of the problem. Thanks to his persistence, everything is now working perfectly. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire Kerenza Appliance Repair again for any of our appliance repair needs. -
We had a FANTASTIC experience! So easy and responsive to scheduling, the technician was so knowledgeable and helpful and thorough. Highly recommend.

Ryan was fantastic. He kept me informed throughout the process and replaced my old disposal perfectly. I would recommend him highly.

Scheduling could have been better at communication. I called has an appointment, it was cancelled and reworked on the day that I specifically said I was unavailable. Had to wait over the weekend for next service date which meant I was out of my appliance for 3weeks total. I advised what the issue was - repairman who was fabulous by way! Still didn’t have the part and had to order.
-
Ryan was such a great tech! Took care of the problem in a timely manner and was neat & polite. Was one of a few companies that could work on my Asko dishwasher.
-
Service techs were great. Knowledgeable and did the repair very well.
Not so great: I wasn’t able to do the repair the day they had originally scheduled (called and wanted to do it the next day). They only had service available 2 weeks later. Kinda frustrating but overall a good experience -
Bryan and Ronnie did a terrific job repairing our GE microwave.
They were both very professional and knew what they were doing.
They arrived on the date scheduled and in the window of time given and had the part with them that needed to be replaced.
This was a two person job as this was a built in unit that needed to be killed out of the wall to be worked on.
I normally do not provide posts after warranty company repairs (good or bad) but this one deserves it. This is a 5 Star deserving review.
I highly recommend this company for repairs such as this.

We are very pleased with Kerenza Appliance Repair. They responded immediately unlike another LG repair service provider which was LG's default service people. The office was very helpful and very customer focused. The repair person Jose was extremely nice and courteous. He explained everything and found the root cause of the problem. I highly recommend them for refrigerator service, if you need one. The cost is very reasonable!

Our Bluestar oven was barely lighting and one of the burners on the stove was dead. Kerenza came out and did a thorough check and it turned out we had a ton of rust around the burner bolts and there were holes in the cover over the fuel pipe plus over damage. They ordered all the parts and then scheduled a service once we ok'd the estimate. The removal of our old burners was an extremely difficult process due to all the rust. I am amazed our repairman stuck with it as he went through a lot of drill bits. It took several hours. We will never buy another Blue Star stove, however, from now on we will use Kerenza for our appliance repairs. And now the stove is working great and the amount of gas coming out of the burners is amazing.

Communication initially was not great. Done mostly by text. Would have appreciated direct verbal discussion since the company was sent via second party. Once arrived to do service, all was good. Polite respectful of home interior and efficient in work. Ronnie was professional and fixed my appliance.

Disappointing experience — would not recommend.
I contacted this company to repair my wine fridge, clearly explaining upfront that the manufacturer had already sent me a replacement part. They sent a technician who spent a few minutes looking at the unit, declared the part faulty, and charged me $150. The manufacturer disagreed, sent a second part, but the fridge still wouldn’t power on.
Now the company wants to charge me another $150 just to send the technician back — even though no real troubleshooting was done the first time. The tech came with no tools or parts to properly diagnose the issue. At this point, I’ve paid for a visit that accomplished nothing I couldn’t have done myself.
This felt like a waste of time and money. I’m extremely disappointed and will be looking elsewhere for help. I recommend others do the same.
Edit: This reply from them is none sense. I asked them to fix the fridge and diagnose the issue. I had pre supplied the part because if it was potentially the root cause of the issue I didn’t want them to have to schedule an additional visit. For them to say their tech wasn’t given the opportunity to diagnose is complete BS.
Second edit:
The second tech from a different company was 100% correct. The power plug has been replaced and the unit is now completely functional with the original power control board. -
This review has nothing to do with the technician himself—he was excellent and deserves 5 stars. Unfortunately, the business/office side of the company is seriously lacking in customer service.
My technician was running behind, so I texted for an update and never received a response. I then called the number provided, left a voicemail, and more than a week later no one ever called me back. I feel bad for the technicians because they don't have any support when the office is closed. I later discovered that the quote I had agreed to ended up being over $200 higher due to an office mistake. My card was automatically charged without any call or discussion beforehand.
I emailed about the billing issue and received a response a week later saying they would look into it. That was three days ago. I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt since it’s the weekend, but overall there has been no sense of urgency.
This is the second time I’ve used their services, and both experiences were similar. They come out to diagnose the issue, then it takes several more weeks to complete the repair because parts are never in stock. Both times, after waiting about two weeks with no communication, I had to reach out for an update before they finally scheduled the repair. They don't even respond accept I get an appt confirmation and it's on their time. So they don't try to work with your schedule. This last appt I had to take 2 hours off of work to sit and wait past the appt time frame. I could have work those hours and not take it off unpaid.
They prefer texting only, and I’ve never been able to speak with a live person. I may be old school, but customer service and communication are extremely important to me, and they are really lacking here. Hopefully I won’t need further repairs, but if I do, I’ll be looking for another company. -
speed queen washer needed a new circuit board after repairman solved on first visit.
he was back 2 days later to replace it and the washer is working now.
the company called to make appointment both times and repairman came during prescribed time.
very happy with their overall service.
machine was still under warranty so we were not billed for anything. -
They finally solved our issue - they actually do diagnostics and what I have learned is most repair places don't! We have a two stove viking (one large and one small) and while the burners have worked fine the ovens started giving us a lot of issues - we had two other contractors over the last 2 years tell us we needed new igniters so they replaced them and it cost a lot. After about six-12 months after being replace they would
fail again- I had the last company come out again and of course we were just out of their warranty and they charged us for an 'assessment' which meant they opened the oven and looked at it for 2 mins and told us we just needed to replace the igniters again. I used chat gpt and was informed of 4 possible issues - and a defiant don't replace the igniters so I turned down the company that was going to charge me $500 to replace new igniters and I contacted Kerenza - they actually did a real diagnostic and replaced two items - not the new igniters and the stoves work great. It was not inexpensive but my hope is now the ingniters will stop failing because they fixed the issues that were causing them to fail. Worth the money and they are nice, responsive and knowledgeable. -
We were getting an E23 message on our Bosch dishwasher indicating a drainage issue. As it turned out we needed to replace the drain pump. The service rep quickly diagnosed the problem, came prepared with the part on his truck and replaced the defective pump. So far, so good.

Ryan is always such an excellent person to work with! He’s always prompt in helping us resolve our issues and is always a delight to interact with. Jose is also wonderful and was quick to diagnose our fridge issues.
